Got it for a Christmas gift and its broke doesn't work

broke in a year.

It broke within 3 months! Garbage product!

Stopped working after 6 months of use.

Was working perfectly! 2 weeks ago just stops working, full of water no longer detecting it. Can’t return or exchange

It will not freeze to make the ice. Am returning the product.

The process for two cups of ice is very slow. My fix my refrigerator unit aftet all.

Was prefect made a lot of noise purchased it in April and July 3 months later says add water when it full with water and it won’t work anymore ..

When my wife bought it from target a few months ago when she opened it there was a craxk and the aluminum part seemed bent, but tried it anyways as it was jist the cosmetic part, all we cared about was ice ! It worked great and it made ice just like expected. About a month ago it just says Add water and is stuck on that, not sure if the water pump motor died but its very dissapointing as we were only able to use it for about a month. We were thinking of just purchasing another but now we just gave up :(

I’m actually going to return bc it seems like it had a little damage when we got it. It runs so loud all the time like it’s working so hard and it makes the room really hot. It has exhaust from both sides. I have it away from everything but it doesn’t matter. The ice seems weird also compared to our old one sometimes it looks dirty and it’s brand new but one of the worst parts is it doesn’t have any kind of refrigeration so if you don’t get your ice right away, it melts and then remake it so it’s always working and then the second batch of ice doesn’t look so great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just what we needed for our dinner parties! We use filtered water, but tap water works too. Once the ice maker starts producing ice, we put it in large zip lock bags to store in the freezer in case there's a need for a lot of ice at once. The ice cubes are smaller than I expected on the "large" setting. The ice maker will be frequently used in summer. No more trips to the store for more ice. It's super convenient.

We currently do not have a water line hooked up for our ice maker in our fridge so having this is great! The ice cubes are pretty small though but I could care less about that. It does take a few hours to completely fill up a container for your freezer. You have to manually dump the ice cubes in this machine once they’ve formed. The machine is moderately noisy. It’s not screaming at you but you can definitely hear it. The only real con I can say about this product is the size of it. It does take up quite a bit of counter space so if you don’t have much space, definitely take this into consideration. Or…you can always store the machine after using it! Which is what I planned to do but was able to rearrange things to make it fit. All in all I would consider this a great product and if you’re in the market for an ice machine, I would recommend this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ice machine is pretty good! It works quickly to form ice cubes. The options are small and large, but they are approximately the same size. The design is sleek—it looks great on my counter and is easy to put into a cabinet. It’s quieter than a traditional in-fridge ice maker, which is nice. The cubes melt fairly quickly due to their shape, but work great for things like smoothies and milkshakes. I do recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It would make a great coffee bar addition! I’ve been loving it for my iced coffee in the mornings. It’s a little noisy- think medium to high fan noise. The ice is great and quick. It doesn’t necessarily keep the ice frozen, but the ice will eventually melt back into the chamber and so starts the process over again.
