Q: Does this product keep ice pretty well insulated? Or does ice have to be taken out often?
A: The ice melts after a while and remakes itself so as long as you leave the ice part on it will keep remaking ice when it gets low
submitted byie1234 - 9 months agoA: Hi there, our design features a specially enhanced insulation layer that significantly slows down the melting rate of the ice cubes compared to other ice makers. However, it’s important to note that if the ice cubes remain in the machine for an extended period, they will still gradually melt over time. To ensure the best preservation of your ice cubes, we recommend transferring them to your freezer for storage. This will help maintain their quality and keep them frozen for longer periods.

Q: The machine stops and has the “add water” notification when the water tray is just less than half full of water. Should it stop running for adding water when it’s actually empty or is it normal to stop at roughly half full water capacity?
A: Hi there, When the water tank is actually empty, the machine stops adding water. This might be because the ice bucket is full of ice, and when the ice bucket is full, the machine stops adding water. If the ice bucket is not full but the water supply has been stopped, check to see if the machine is operating normally.
