    Horrible service

    It was my service when I called Target 12/8 291262931 Dee was her name. She literally hung up on me. Worst service I have ever received from any target employee ever. I have been in upper level retail management since 1999, and I was appalled.

    Stops working after a couple months & no support

    Broke after 2 months! I have done every step listed. I reached out to Target support team and the manufactuer, and neither were helpful. The manufacturer will not respond to help. Target customer service was actaully pretty rude and not helpful escecially since it costs so much.

    Very disapponted in Target

    This was supposed to arrive today but it has not even shipped out. I contacted Target customer service who said it’s not their responsibility because this is a 3rd party vendor and they have no information to provide. Why is Target using vendors that can’t meet their delivery commitments?

    Give The Actaul Return Date

    Zero for the item and target. I attempted a return within the 90 days and was denied to it being from the website. Understandable if they put the return period on the receipt. The online order showed no signs of the return date, just the "most are 90 days" "most are 30 days" thing. That doesn't seem very accurate or measurable when "most" is thrown around and the online receipt has no traces of the return period that you're eligible for. That's some sloppy crap target. Just put the date I can return stuff on the actual receipt/online order. Well within the 90 days, but missed it by a day for the 30 I was apparently only eligible for.

    Grinding noise

    I was really excited about this ice maker as my family loves the crunchy ice. The main issue I have with it is the ice all melts over night! So we wake up to an empty ice bin unless we leave it running all night. So every day I’m having to drain the water out of the reservoir and wasting our filtered water. Not sure I’ll keep it as this is a huge hassle just to have crunchy ice.

However, if you are not using ice cubes for a long time, we recommend removing them from the ice basket and storing them in the refrigerator.This will enable you to have a better experience with the ice.     So disappointed in this ice maker. It worked great for about 2 months, then started emitting a high-pitched squeal when making ice. It’s so loud, that we have to unplug the ice maker and not use it for a day when it happens. It usually happens at least once a day. So disappointed as this was not cheap!

    Great ice maker

    Had to replace an old bullet version to a self cleaning machine. We enjoy the nugget ice and the ease to fill it up. I'm sure the self cleaning mechanism will be great as well

    Crazy loud grinding noise

    The first few days it worked great..,after a few days a grinding noise started happening after about a week and a half it was so loud it woke is up straight out of bed!!! The grinding noise was really loud seemed like it might explode!!! I do not recommend this particular item!!!
