Refurbished:KitchenAid Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine, RKES6503-Manufacturer Refurbished

I got a brand new one and opted for the optional $10 warantee. excellent for the price.

Arrived carefully packaged, which looked promising! However, it will not even power on, so it looks nice, but is completely useless.

Misleading product nothing on the listing about it being a refurbished product

they deserve the one star reviews. No mention of being refurbished and Target's solution was return it and buy at higher price if you actually wanted new instead of exchange/getting what you paid for

The product I received was refurbished, which wasn't listed anywhere in the product description. I will be returning it.

*WARNING* This is a Referbished item, it was not stated anywhere, so a little dissapointed in that. This item also doesn't come with the automatic milk frother shown in the image, so that is also misleading. With that being said, the item I did receive looks new, was well packaged and works fine. Would be a great deal on a new one, but ended up an ok deal as it is refurbished.

Bait and Switch ALERT! KitchenAid SCAM!! No mention of product being used and refurbished yet here I sit with a used refurbished product in my house. Advertised on sale and NEW but when old used smoke smelling product arrived there is a big REFURBISHED sticker on the box. Tried to call customer service multiple times only to hear the message that wait times are longer than usual due to some well timed in the middle of the holiday season “customer service training” they are performing. I was told I had a two hour wait time to speak to somebody! After 45 minutes, I hung up because I was still being told at an hour and 45 minute wait time. Maybe they should focus on not scamming people so they would have less calls! Butt down I’m calling the Better Business Bureau on this one as this is a typical bait and switch scam! Shame on Target for allowing this to happen as I called them and they distance themselves from my purchase quicker than I think I have ever experienced! Shame on them for not vetting their third-party sellers. Offered no care on what I paid for it and replacing for that price. Only a $15 gift card for my “inconvenience.” if I could, I would give zero stars! KITCHENAID IS HORRIBLE! Shame on you for trying to scam your customers like this.

I’m really disappointed with this purchase. The coffee maker I received was not what was described. It’s labeled refurbished, the website spoke nothing of this. The box was beat up and taped together, and the entire package smells strongly of cigarette smoke. This isn’t something I’m comfortable using in kitchen.

Unfortunately I received a refurbished item. If they had written anywhere in the listing that it was refurbished, then I wouldn’t have bought it.

Thought it was brand new. I received a refurbished one.

My order was marked as delivered even though it wasn't. I called Target customer service for help and was told I would have to wait around 2 minutes to speak to someone. I have now been waiting 46 minutes and I am still waiting for someone to help. Between the delivery and customer service, this has been a terrible experience.
