Broke quickly
Vacuum stopped working after a couple of months. Rght after the return window closed, it stopped sucking up anything. It was used sparingly, and I was good about regularly cleaning the filter, rollers, etc. I got it because it was light weight, cordless, and I thought an upgrade to my Bissell Featherweight (which worked 5+ years and was under $30). This Shark was a waste of money. I would not trust this brand.

Anyone else, get excited when they get a new vacuum 💜😍🤣 We got the shark freestyle . 💜I love that the container is bigger. 💜Light weight about 7pounds 💜Easy-to-use 💜Ground charging dock! *with the wall mounts my kiddies always struggle to get the vacuum on or off! * 💜Goes from carpet, to bare floor with no issues. 💜Can also vacuum area rugs. Great buy - cleans and quiet!
After first use I’m really satisfied with this little vaccum! It did a great job getting all the various bits post-moving into an apartment. I really love the light in the front because it illuminated things my eyes may not have seen. It’s super easy to manuever across my hardwood floor - not sure how it would do on thick carpet. I like the two speed option as well. My apartment is not that big so it didn’t run out of charge during use. I don’t know how you can be unhappy with this vaccum unless you’re cleaning up spaghetti noodles, dry brownie mix, and dog hair. Would recommend!

Bought this for my bar business. Had it a week and it has been plugged more times then not. Does not have the suction needed for commercial flooring. I love shark vacs and this was my first battery operated one and was very disappointed. Do not be confused with how amazing shark vacs are with this rating of this style alone!

I am a Shark girlie! But I can't get behind this vacuum! It clogs very easily, doesn't seem to have much suction, and leaves a lot behind. Does a decent job on non-carpeted floors but I don't recommend for carpet.

Always clogged
Don’t buy this. It gets clogged within seconds of using it and then picks up nothing. It looks like it’s picking up dirt and then you lift the vacuum and it all falls out the bottom. It’s nice and light and charging is easy, but it’s a pain in the neck.

1 star & not ZERO because: I Love that it's cordless. I Love that it's quiet. It did a great job job at picking up debris on the first 1-3 days. I threw the box away immediately as I hate keeping trash hanging around. By the end of week one- the tube is getting clogged. All of the debris is getting stuck at the point where the tube meets the vacuum head. I'm doing all of this vacuuming and the tank isn't filling up at all. After a while, the debris just spits right back out of the vacuum as I'm cleaning. I'm so upset that I can't return this thing. Especially for the price 🤦🏻♀️
