Q: The specs state this is a 200 watt. However, if the vacuum is listed accurately by Bissell name on Target’s website, it should be a 280 watt not the 200 watt it states it is. Can you please confirm if this is 200 W or 280 W?

A: This is actually furfinder, 200W, since the model number is 4137, which state as Similar Models on BISSELL website.

A: I think the brand reply to you is incorrect because the photo shows it as a handheld and the description lists it as a 3 in 1 saying you can turn it into a handheld vacuum. i think that is the whole point of using the fur finder attachment on furniture

The BISSELL PowerClean FurGuard is designed as a cordless stick vacuum, so it can’t be converted into a handheld by removing the stick and attaching the head directly to the canister. It works best in its stick form for floors and comes with tools for above-floor cleaning when attached to the handle.

Bissell this house chore so fun!
I absolutely love my Bissell PowerClean FurGuard Vacuum! I have two sweet labs that shed handfuls of fur daily. Lugging my large vacuum was getting tiring and I was recommended the PowerClean FurGuard and wow is vacuuming fun! Being cordless makes this house chore go quicker and more seamlessly. The charge lasts probably three to four hours at least so I usually plug it in after each time I vacuum just to top up on battery. The best part of this vacuum aside from being lightweight and cordless, is the three in one feature. Taking it apart and putting on different heads makes upholstery cleaning so easy and quick. It comes with a separate attachment that is long and skinny to get into tucked away corners or in between couch cushions. For such a small and lightweight vacuum I am super impressed by the strength and suction power it has. The only thing I wish was a little different was the collection compartment. It is small so I end up dumping it twice each time I vacuum, but they designed it to be really simple and easy. No extra filters are needed to purchase… everything you need is included in the box. Design wise, the Bissell team knocked this out of the park. I have never used a vacuum with a light that shines onto the floor… basically headlights that show every single piece of fur and fuzz. AMAZING! Overall rating honestly is 9.5/10. I think if the collection compartment were a bit bigger I’d give this a 12/10 rating, but in general this is a great, compactible vacuum that I will recommend to everyone!

Good well made vacuum
Good so far. owned for a few months. Does not make tons of noise. Slightly squeaky but the parts and connections are sturdier than most. Does a great job of cleaning our hardwood floors and throw rugs. We have a lot of dog fur and it seems to disappear with Bissell. Easy to clean the storage chamber. One issue... our new Bissell came with a dead battery. Called Bissell and they sent a replacement right away. As long as the new battery lasts a few years we are good. I will change the review if there are further issues.

So far so good. Like other reviews, it has a short battery life on high. But I feel like that’s most cordless vacuums. It doesn’t work on our thick carpet but I got more for our wooden floors. So much better than sweeping!

I really loved this vacuum! I liked that there is a light so you can see exactly where you need to still clean and what you are picking up. It was easy to assemble, clean, and charge. It is lightweight too so it was easy to clean my whole house without getting tired. I live with a cat and a dog so this will be perfect for getting all the pet fur around the house.

Good for house with cats
My Dyson cordless vacuum finally broke after 7 years and I replaced it with similar one with Bissell. I actually like this one better because the battery last longer, easy to empty the canister without mess, and works better for cat furs and litter sands in the floor. Only thing is this one is way heavier than Dyson. But overall, I am very happy with the product considering the low price.

Pretty bummed, less than 6 months of use and the plastic button that connects the bottom push portion to the top broke (looked pretty cheaply made) so it keeps just falling off when I try to use it. It’s an Okay vacuum over all, I would say good for basics, not deep cleaning. I can do our first floor on one charge. The fur finder tool is nice and I’m glad I can at least still use that even though I can’t use the push part anymore.

I was so impressed that this vacuum could pick up all of my dog’s fur so quickly and get under hard to reach areas. The headlights reveal all the stuff my dog tracks in and the furfinder tool is a total game changer. I haven’t found anything that can clean my couches from pet fur and dirt better than this. Comes with a wall mount, or it stands up by itself no problem! The battery life doesn't last very long on high speed and it takes a few hours for the battery to charge.
