A $20 mop at best
This is my third “steam mop” product that I have bought & returned. I have come to realize that people that use these don’t really know how to deep clean. I mop my floors 1-2x a week & nothing is going to do it better than boiling water & a regular schmegular mop. The water reservoir is very small & couldn’t even do my whole1800 sq ft house in one take. The fact that you have to pump for the steam is kind of annoying & it doesn’t even come out consistently when pumping. The cord is also pretty short. I might buy one of these to have on hand for a quick mop for maybe $20 but for shark I was disappointed.

It's a NO for me.
This was a very awkward, small appliance. The hose is not flexible and it's too short, not to mention the fact that the button to initiate steam is on the actual appliance itself so it's a two handed job which I thought was really awkward. It's going back in the morning.

Miracle worker! Life saver. I was scrubbing, stuck in paint on a laminate flooring for days with so many cleaning solutions. As soon as I applied the steam up to it, the stain dried paint wiped off easily. Outside of that purpose, I love that the cord is long, it's light weight, no messy cleanups, no chemicals to buy (affordable), it is thin and small enough to use in tight spaces but not to much work to use, perfect thickness of the pad, love you can flip the pad and wash. Honestly, my only regret is I didn't buy two while they were on Black Friday sale to gift to my family. This is a must have.
