Both models includes an 8 inch duster crevice tool, a pet multi tool, and an Odor Neutralizer Puck. A: The costco ver is a single PowerFins roller with single color led front light and lcd display on head with edge detection. Only costco has the lcd This target version is dual roller, no edge detect.

NOT Golden floof approved. Pushes hair around, clogs constantly, battery did not even get me through my family room. I do love how it reaches under furniture and how light it is, but horrible if you have hair to deal with. Wish there was a pet version.

This vacuum is junk. Came defective and shark doesn’t stand behind their products . Stopped running after a month. I DONNOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS VACUUM!

Decent Vacuum if you're just using it on hard floors
This vacuum is good if you're just using it on hardwood or tile. The when using it on carpet it drains the battery super quick. I leave the vacuum on auto and the battery will be drained in 15 minutes. You would then need to put it on the charger for at least two hours before you can use it again. If you're using it on hard surfaces it does a good job. We have a pet and the pet hair gets stuck behind the front roller. You will need to remove the roller and clean it out. The other issue it has is that the intake pipe in the vacuum head is very narrow. I've needed to unclog the pipe a few times now which is a pain.

Not good on rugs
Thought the vacuum was gonna be great till we put it on an area rug. It sucks up the area rug instantly and will not run at all. Also sucks up any smaller rug instantly and will not run very disappointing. I thought this was gonna be a much better vacuum on a rug where you need it the most. I don’t recommend this to anyone with rugs I will be returning because if I cant vacuum and ruin in my house what’s the point

Great pick up, poor battery life
I bought this vacuum to replace my Dyson, which I loved, but the plastic parts on it kept breaking. This vacuum has great reviews so when I saw a special deal at a local store, I grabbed it. I had had a cordless Shark before and didn't care for it because the handle felt flimsy. They have fixed that issue. While not as easily maneuverable as my Dyson, it does pick up 100x better. The sand and dog hair come up easily on the first pass and there is absolutely no grit left behind on my floor, even when I vacuum at a normal speed. The lights illuminate the floor well although I wish they were green so the debris would be even easier to see. The unit is significantly more quiet than my Dyson, something that my son with autism appreciates. The auto empty feature is great and it hasn't smelled, even after a week of dog hair. I do have a big issue with the battery life. The box touts 70 minutes but this is only when you are using just the canister and the hand tool. I am hard pressed to vacuum my 1800 sq ft house and that isn't including the 3 regular bedrooms.so I'm only getting about 15 minutes. This is a big part of the reason for my 3 star review.if the battery life were better, my rating would be higher. All in all, this is a good vacuum but it needs to so better to earn a higher rating, especially at this price

Short warranty
I love the vacuum but the auto empty base only has a 90 day warranty!!! Mine stopped working in first year. Also, dirt and dust somehow is collecting in the chamber as shown in the attached pictures. When I called Shark about the faulty base, I asked if this was norma and they acknowledged it should not look like that. Even family members have commented about how bad it looks. Again,I like the product but I guess I got a bad one.

Other brands are better. Very short battery life.
Bought this product and was disappointed in the battery life also service support they were horrible Too many robot and when I got to a live person they don’t know what to do or help with the battery issues. They keep trying to go through unnecessary steps for clogged hose. Asking me to drop a penny down it. What the heck does that have to do with the battery. Only last like 5 to 7 mins. Needs a recharge.

Better price, nice features and flexible power.
I like this vacuum because of the automatic floor detection, revearse detection and most important, ability to change suction power while using it as a handheld. I tried a Shark corded stick vacuum and was not able to adjust the suction, which is very important with vacuuming small carpets, light dusting and smaller items. This vacuum allows me to adjust suction power during handheld mode and gives me good floor vacuuming performance. The clean station is a nice feature, not necessary but still nice. The ordor neutralizer is fantastic, not too strong and pleasant, too bad it wasn't installed on the vacuum itself like the Stratos version.

Good vacuum with strong sucking power. It's light weight and I really like the LED lights on the front and back of the brush. Easy to put together straight out of the box. Finally no more having to empty the bin. Just dock it and let the trash bin suck out the dirt and hair. This vacuum senses the different types of flooring and adjusts between hardwood and carpet which is nice. It's actually fairly quiet when on hardwood it'll get louder as it transitions to carpet due to more suctioning power. Rated 4 starts because it's not very nipple when turning left or right compared to my old vertex shark pivots better!

Recent purchase, so limited utilization, but I believe it is going to be a great purchase. Unboxing and assembly was painless abd so it has worked great on vinyl plank flooring/carpets/area rugs. The automatic empty feature is a big plus.

I LOVE Shark!!! I really wanted this vacuum!!! I have the step down from this. It only sucks going forward. When this came out I was so excited that it sucks both forward and backward. My corded Shark I had since 2016!!!! And it finally pooped out this summer. I recently had major back surgery so needed light light light. I have dogs and cats so try and vacuum every other day. After reading reviews I’m not going to purchase this vacuum. :( AND it’s on sale too!!! :’( Hoping a newer one will come out fixing all the issues!!!

Good Vacuum Overall, Not the best for pet hair.
Good suction and overall works well, but pair hair will clog in-between the soft roller and the teeth. Becomes an issue when you have dogs that shed a lot. I ended up removing the soft roller to alleviate the issue.

Received wrong item-Unacceptable Customer Service
ordered Shark PowerDetect Clean & Empty Cordless Stick Vacuum & Auto-Empty System on sale for about $400. When delivered, they sent a shark steam pocket mop, which is a $49 item. The only way i can get the item I ordered and paid almost $400 is to go to the store with the crappy $49 mop they sent. I called customer service and it had to be transferred to another department who is supposed to contact me via email in 48-72 hours. This is unacceptable. High Ticket Items thay I've already paid for should be escalated and taken care of ASAP! Like Send me the correct one NOW and come pick up the stupid little mop you sent. I would not recommend purchasing high ticket items from Target if you are getting it shipped to you.
