Shark Detect Ultralight Corded Stick Vacuum HZ752 with Direction Detect and Self-Cleaning Brushroll

I bought the Shark Detekt HZ752 a few days ago and immediately checked out, if everything was working right: It cleans well und is very easy to assemble but the Pre-Motor-Filter Housing is extremely hard to remove. I bought the Shark Detect HZ752 twice, and it was the same with both.. On one of them even the Dustcup is not easy to remove. Without these issues I would have given it 5 stars.

This vacuum is awesome! My roommate and I enjoy vacuuming now. It is kinda tall and does have a cord. But overall it has amazing suction to get hair and dust that our other vacuum missed. You can easily detach the top to reach small spaces then snap it back into the larger piece. I highly recommend this, especially since it’s on sale frequently.

This little vacuum packs a lot of power and does a great job…almost too good to the point where you should forget about vacuuming area rugs because they will get sucked up into the roller. For tacked carpet, totally great, hardwood and other surfaces, great. For area or smaller rugs, plan to add an attachment and get down on your hands and knees. That’s the downside.

For some reason it would not stay standing on its own and would not stay plugged in. It just did not fit in the outlets. The cod is realy short as well. Just all around not good at all. I emailed shark and have not heard back. I am going to try to return to target.

this is a GREAT STICK vacuum. It really cleans my room nicely-I used it on carpet/regular linoleum floors. Picked up all the dirt-easy to clean vacuum and DOES NOT WRAP HAIR AROUND THE ROLLER BRUSH. I have 2 long hair roommates and it DID NOT pick up their long hair to wrap around the roller brush. the Only down side is-it DOES NOT stand up by itself. You MUST balance it against something sturdy so it does not fall down

Love this thing. Only thing missing is a light when you use just the hose. Great suction and super lightweight.

Likes: strong suction, lights in floor nozzle, easy storage hook, easy to see/remove dust cup, HEPA filter. Dislikes: no way to modulate suction, floor nozzle won't fit under furntiure, very noisy on floors due to floor nozzle, too heavy. Ultimatley this is a great vacuum but I decided to return it for something lighter, quieter and cordless. Target had a great price on this!

The beater bar would hurt my new floors. I thought it had the soft roller and two different modes. It does not. I returned it.

Cleans just fine. BUT it does not stand up on its own. Cheap Black Friday deal, using in a small space. No way to store it without taking it apart or using some sort of heavy item to keep it from rolling away and crashing on the floor. Do not buy at full price

Difficult to maneuver since weight is at the top and I have De Quervain's in my wrists and a spinal disease. Since it's not freestanding, I can't just pull stuff out and vacuum without having to shut it off and put it down. It doesn't clean edges or against the wall. Very loud. (Reminds me of the old bag vacuums lol) Not for me at all. Suction wise- it's great! Definitely going to opt for a different Shark style.

This was the best purchase I could have ever made. It's been about a month since I bought it, so this is my honest review. I have 3 dogs, and the amount of pet hair this vacuum picks up is amazing it even picks up thin pieces of dirt we bring in. I live in a mobile home, and my floors are a special kind of vinyl that prevents any dirt from falling in between the cracks or flying around, so I can't say how it works with other types of flooring. The best feature this vacuum has is the light indicator that helps you see the floor; personally, I like to vacuum in the dark, so I'm certain I pick up everything in my path. This is also a handheld vacuum and I absolutely love using to pick up in between my stove and fridge. I also like the multiple nozzle options that come with it especially the longated nozzle that helps for tight spots. Personally, I prefer corded vacuums to battery-operated ones because corded ones are more potent, and you don't have to worry about your battery dying while vacuuming. The cord is also super long, I can go from my living room to the end of the hall without moving from the wall plug. If you're looking for a vacuum, I really recommend this one especially if you have dogs 😊

I’ve had this vacuum for about two months love it! My cordless Dyson died and I debated fixing it or replacing it with another Dyson. Instead I took a chance to save some money and purchased this. The suction is amazing (better than the cordless Dyson), it’s light weight, canister is about the same size as the Dyson but so much easier to clean out. It has taken some time to get used to having a cord to deal with again but worth it. I do with the attachment holder was a little sturdier but that’s not a deal breaker highly recommend especially for the price if you can get it on sale!

This is heavier than our last Shark and doesn’t glide as well but has strong suction. And works well. I believe the rubber brush makes it less smooth but works better. There must be a heavier more powerful motor.

All went well online setting up delivery was upset due to it saying delivery by 12/01 and now after paying it stated 12/03 for delivery

This vacuum is light weight and powerful. I love that it’s easy for my 7 y/o to use.

So far I really like this vacuum. It works as well or better than bigger units and it's lightweight is a plus.

So happy I ended up buying this vacuum. Theres so many options and truly I’m glad I got this one (not sponsored)

Have only used it a few times so far and it seems like a good vacuum cleaner. The one thing I really don't like is that it cannot stand up. Makes it hard to put away
