Great little addtion to our kitchen!
Liked about this: - Coffee tasted like coffee, not water. - Produced coffee-shop quality coffee, with a great foam on top. - Compact (will be keeping the box and taking it on our next vacation) - Fast, hot brews - Easy set up - Pods included, and coupons for more Didn’t like: - Noise… very loud, scared my cat. She loved hearing the keurig… maybe she won’t try to drink this coffee 😩😂🤷🏻♀️ - The lock/unlock for the top requires some effort - Wish it was taller for my travel mugs, so I don’t need to hold them under So I guess, in short, this is a wonderful keurig replacement (for me). I wanted Starbucks and Scooters and Caribou inspired drinks, at home without the cost. I get that with this machine. It’s very small, which works. My husband opted to keep our keurig for himself, and this one is mine. Insanely happy with this as my Christmas gift!!! Would recommend to others

Stopped working after a year
Stopped working after a year. Not worth the price. I cleaned it frequently, descaled it and then it started making a very loud harsh sound everytime it would brew until it stopped working. Tried everything to trouble shoot it and nothing. The pods can be expensive to some, but overall not a quality product for an everyday coffee user I feel.

The warehouse team did not put bubble wrap in this box. One of the nespresso coffee packages broke and there were grounds everywhere in the box. The box of the machine was also broken but no damage done to it. This was supposed to be a Christmas surprise but when picking up the box a nespresso pod fell out. That's how poorly taped up this package was.

Perfect Size!
It's the perfect size for my apartment, I don't have much counter space and I've always wanted a nespresso machine and this is perfect! Also it really easy to use no crazy extra steps and I love that it came with sample pods to try some out before buying any and gives you references on if you like certain pods to try ones similar to them.

Nespresso capsules are hermetically sealed; protected from light, moisture and oxygen. At the end of every sleeve, you will find both the "Production date" and the “Best before” date. The "Best Before" date is approximately 8-11 months from the date of production. We guarantee that you receive your capsules at least two months before this date. As the date simply acts as an indicator of optimal freshness, flavor and aroma, unopened capsules are completely safe to consume after the "Best before" date. All OriginalLine, flavored Vertuo capsules, Vivida and Boost sleeves are stamped with a production and best before date. The best before date is approximately 12 months from the date of production. Please note that Nespresso capsules are hermetically sealed, safe from light, moisture and oxygen, and do not actually expire. While the capsule remains sealed, the coffee retains its freshness and flavor after the best before date. The date simply acts as an indicator of optimal freshness, flavor and aroma. As of October 22, 2022 the shelf-life of some of the Vertuo coffees was extended from 12 months to 15 months. This shelf-life extension does not apply to Flavored coffees or Ingredient coffees (such as Vivida B12 and Boost/Go).
