submitted byChristopher H - 4 months agoA: By how much water you put in
submitted byKevdeb4evr - 2 months agoA: Fill the coffee cup you’d like to use, up to 12 ounces, with water and pour into the water reservoir. That is how you choice brew size on this model. Put your cup under the brewer and hit brew. Some have a button to push first for a slower/stronger brew.
submitted byStephanie - 5 months agoA: There is no brew button!! Your result depends on how much water you put in the reservoir. The brewer will use all the water every time you brew, so you decide by how much water you put in the machin
submitted byRhonda - 4 months agoA: Yes, the K-Mini Mate coffee maker gives you the option to brew 6, 8, 10 or 12 ounces. You will simply select your the button for your preferred size when you brew. We hope this helps!

Q: Sometimes when I make coffee using a Keurip k cup, the coffee leaks out of the bottom and makes a big mess. Am I doing something wrong or is the machine malfunctioning?
A: When that happens to me, it’s usually because I’m overfilling the reservoir.
submitted bySouthJerseyRN - 3 months agoA: Correct, it leaks at the bottom no matter what cup size you want to fill. Friend purchased from the Keurig site last month, informed them the first time it happened and that company did nothing.
submitted byZylusliss - 19 days agoA: That doesn't sound right. We suggest that you please call Consumer Care at 866-901-2739 for assistance. Thank you.

Q: SSSSSS Does the Descale Button indicate when it is time to descale the machine? Thanks.
A: Thanks for your question. The descale light is programmed to come on after a certain amount of brews or tank refills as a reminder to descale so this will depend on how often the brewer is used. For best results, we recommend descaling every 3-6 months using our descaling solution to keep the coffee maker free from scale or lime build up. We hope this is helpful!
