    Small and inaccessible tank.

    Not impressed with the water tank - it’s small and hard to access. Thought this would streamline my coffee counter but I have to turn the whole thing around to remove the tank to fill it. Easier to just use a regular coffee maker and a small keurig. Pretty disappointed.

    Extremely upset, buy in store for sure

    It arrived shattered, pieces were everywhere in the box when I opened it. So I initiated a return and had to return it online because they did not have the item in stock at my store and I got it on sale so I wanted the price to remain the same. Now here I am 3 weeks later after sending. It back…my app says they are still waiting to get the item but the tracking says it arrived at the return location days ago…. my new replacement won’t ship until that updates and the customer service person I spoke with said there was nothing they could do even though they could see my tracking number showed my return had arrived AND that it would be possibly 10 business days for the app to update and ship my replacement. Also if it didn’t update then to call back. I ordered this weeks before Christmas as a gift and here it is Christmas Eve and I dont have the item. The customer service rep offered me a $5 gift card for my trouble. 🧐

    Melted Plastic Taste

    Could not get a good cup of coffee unless using the single brew with the “strong” & “hot” button selected. Without it tasted like warm water with a hint of coffee flavor in the carafe and single side, like tea. After about a week the coffee started tasting funny and I noticed that the plastic inside was melting due to poor quality and I was in fact tasing the PLASTIC melting. I don’t think consuming melting plastic can be good for you. If you like a little plastic instead of cream or sugar in your coffee then this is the one for you.

    I purchased this in store. I was unable to locate it as it was in the back. The employees went and found it for me. Five stars for Target!! This brews a VERY WEAK pot of coffee. I had the gen 1 version of this and it was much better. Overall, this is a downgrade from the gen 1. It takes longer to brew and the coffee is weak. It is very easy to use, but it is not a good option when you have to use additional coffee to brew the same pot. I would not recommend. You can get a better pot of coffee from a cheap Mr Coffee.

    If you like your coffee to taste like water, buy this none. After one use, the drip system did not work correctly. Whether the pot or single cup was used, we got the same watered down coffee. Already, returned this and got a Cuisinart instead.
