You may receive two prepaid, complimentary recycling bags with each Nespresso order through our Nespresso website, which holds 100 VertuoLine / 200 OriginalLine capsules. You may take this full bag of used capsules to your local UPS Store to recycle with us. Upon the receipt of your used capsules, the coffee will be made into mulch, and the aluminum will be recycled with a smelter.     Overhyped!!!

    I saved my money to get this machine for my husband’s birthday. We were super happy with it until 1 year and 3 months in it started tasting burnt and bitter. We talked to customer service and they did all they could to help me, yet the coffee still tastes burnt. Customer service was very kind, but company policy is warranty only covers for one year, after that we must buy a new machine. This company is overhyped and getting away with scamming their customers. Nespresso, do better!

    Didnt even last a year.

    Bought in August, broke in December. It will start like it’s going to brew and then turns off. Tried troubleshooting it and calling the company and still won’t work. For the price and price of the pods you think it would be better quality and last a while.

    Don't bother

    Terrible! First one was used had to take it back second one does not work. I hear the motor going and no water comes out very disappointed. Taking it back.

    never worked properly

    The brother NEVER worked and the coffee maker worked for 1 month before it started leaking coffee all over my counter from the pod receptacle. I cant express enough how much I hated this machine.

    Do not buy, invest in something else.

    Bought this model and it was such a disappointment. Randomly stops working, randomly leaks, randomly runs. Does not seem to follow the instructions provided with the machine. Wasted sooooo many pods on ‘failed’ brews due to machine malfunction. Waste of money.

    5 year life span.

    I received this as a gift about 5 years ago, it just died. I spoke to a technical specialist, they said it was an electrical issue and could not be fixed. I then spoke to a supervisor who said, "That is an appropriate life span for this machine. We do have other (more expensive) machines which last longer." He offered me a discount towards the purchase of a new machine. When I asked why I should add my dead machine to my landfill/recycling bin only to have to do the same thing eventually with the next Nespresso, he said "That is the best I can do." ----- To continue: After I saw the response from Nespresso: (....Rest assured that we'll be happy to further assist you via live chat on our website....) I reached out one again through the chat. And this was the response: "Please note that as agents from the digital chat, we can only share with you troubleshooting steps that you may follow to try fixing your machine." So, it was a total waste of time. Plus my initial chat was disconnected, so I spend a total of another 30 minutes with Nespresso only to be now futher ahead.

    Uncertain about the box as it was torn at the top. Was the unit damaged? We don’t know as this is meant as a Christmas gift. T may have been the delivery person who tore the box putting it into the car. Just disappointing as it is a gift. I will update review once it is opened & used!! So after Christmas!

    Don't buy this model

    If you're shopping for a Nespresso machine do NOT buy this one. I've gone through two Vertuo Next machines in a three year span and both have stopped working due to a mechanical water pump issue. I can't tell you how many pods have been wasted because the machine will randomly stop working despite being perfectly fine the previous day. I love the taste and quality of Nespresso coffee and I've already purchased a different model, but I have to say I'm disappointed that their machines barely last for two years. For a company that prides itself on recycling and sustainability they should be more dedicated to creating a longer lasting product and avoiding their machines ending up in landfills.

    Love the small footprint, coffee was great, but the lid never caught the “spent shell” to auto dispose into the bucket. Also woke up to water all over my counter from the night unboxed it. Will be returning.

    DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM FROM TARGET

    Do NOT purchase this machine from Target, and I'd be careful purchasing from them at all. They sent me a damaged and used unit. Box was correct, but unit inside was not. The box was sliced open, and the machine was dirty. When contacting Target customer service, you basically get nowhere. One person promises you a replacement in 2 days, then you're told by someone else that you can't get a replacement until 10 business days after return is received. Another person tells you they will issue the replacement and a refund, and in the next sentence tells you they cannot do both.  Another person tells me to just go purchase a new one in the store, which I declined as I am not buying a product twice and getting one machine. After fighting with Target through their chat for almost a week, finally called and was supposedly escalated to management. I got a $15 gift card for the inconvenience on the initial reach out, but other than that, they will do NOTHING for you. When told they care more about processes than their customer, no response or apology is given. "Management" would not make things right after all the back and forth and horrible customer service, and still said I had to wait 10 days for a replacement. I got a refund and will take my business elsewhere. Keep in mind, they say the refund takes 10 days as well. Completely unacceptable customer service, and this has extremely tarnished my relationship with Target. Target cares more about $100 than they do a VERY loyal customer who spends thousands at their stores. I am very disappointed in Target and their lack of customer service. This speaks volumes about them as a company.

    My Coffee Maker was not in a sealed carton for delivery. The coffee maker is fine but not happy how it was shipped

    I would honestly give it a zero star if I could it broke down in less than a year. Their customer service is awful. The pods are expensive. I’ve attempted to speak to three customer representatives and neither was able to help or offer any assistance. It should still be under the one year warranty, but haven’t received no help.

    Broke in a week

    Do Not Buy

    This coffee pot is garbage. Bad performance from the beginning. The run around and disconneted phone calls from the Nespresso help line and LONG help times was ridiculous. Save yourself the aggravation and purchase just about any other coffee pot.
