Purchased on Black Friday for a gift for ourselves! This is the best purchase I’ve made! So many different drinks, desserts and cocktails. Great for coffee, tea, even our son’s hot chocolates! Using the Luxe Pro as my first espresso machine and loving it! I’m sure there are some elitists and fault finders who will eagerly point out whatever foibles this might have but I’m using mine daily and appreciating the thoughtful engineering that went into it. Well done Ninja design and production teams. And the included recipes are fun to make and enjoy.

Must have kitchen appliance
This product is amazing. I really enjoy making coffee more then ever! All the options it gives you, I'm excided about trying so many new styles of coffee. I even looked into fresh roasted beans at local shops here and roasting my own beans. Its so easy to use and well design. This has to be in my top 5 best purchases of 2025. This is a must have for any kitchen!

Amazing coffee & espresso at an afford price
We are about two weeks into our time with our Luxe Cafe 4 in 1 and wow! I honestly was reticent that this could everything it promises for its price point but it delivers. My wife has been able to make lattes with ease and I've been able to do Americanos, cold brew and more. The regular drip coffee provides a rich experience for a basic black cup of joe. As beginners to the world of at-home espresso making, we like the convenience of the built-in tamper and grinder. With two kids under three, time is precious and multiple steps are basically impossible. This provides great coffee and espresso with ease.

Worth the Investment & makes amazing coffee.
I am a self proclaimed unapologetic coffee snob. I have owned 2 high end automatic espresso machines before the Ninja Luxe Cafe Pro. The #1 big difference is the ability to do a bean test and it tells you the grinder setting you need based on the beans and type of coffee drink you are making. The smart technology is outstanding. It wont even allow you to grind into the wrong coffee basket. Ie: Grind a double espresso into a single filter basket. This machine rivals high end Italian Coffee Shoppe in Italy 🇮🇹. A worth while investment for any coffee snob!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I’ve had 4 of these because of warranty’s, they upgraded my machine without warranty and it’s just as poor as the last three. It doesn’t get the ground size right, doesn’t recognize the weight so tells me to add beans even though the basket it full , says add filter when it’s already in..I could go on and on. I finally just started measuring out 18g of beans and it’ll grind like 1/4 of them and say add beans. Never again will I purchase from here.

Multiple defects and not usable
0 stars. Took a week just for the order to finally ship. Once I received it we set it up immediately only to find out it is defective. Continuously tells me to add beans when the hopper is full. Tried medium roast and medium-dark roast beans that were each 1 week old. When I press the button to restart the grind process it just keeps filling the portafilter and overflows. If there is really a built in scale this shouldn’t happen. Apparently everything smart about this machine is completely defective. When it does finally work it’s very slow and makes all kinds of noises and vibrations. Don’t plan to store anything on top because if will definitely fall off during a brew cycle. I had high expectations but there’s no way I’m waiting 2-3 more weeks to try this again. I’ll be purchasing a Breville unit instead. I generally like shark products but this is completely unacceptable. I could see 1 thing going wrong but this machine has multiple problems. It has a card saying it passed quality control but obviously that’s a lie as well. Save yourself the headache and buy a quality machine when it fits into your budget.

I’ve been using the Ninja Luxe Cafe Pro Series 4-in-1 Espresso Machine for a little over a week, and it has completely changed my coffee routine. The build quality feels premium, the controls are intuitive, and the consistency of the espresso shots is surprisingly impressive for a home machine. The double espresso comes out smooth with a rich flavor, and the built-in grinder settings make dialing in my beans super easy. The milk frother is powerful enough to make café-quality cappuccinos and lattes, and I love being able to switch between espresso, coffee, and specialty modes without overthinking it.

Ninja Lux Pro Espresso Machine (After 2 Weeks of Use) I’ve had my Ninja Lux Pro for about two weeks now, and overall I think it’s a pretty solid first espresso machine. It’s easy to use, looks great on the counter, and the coffee tastes good. Since this is my first time owning an espresso machine, I was excited to learn how to use it, and I genuinely enjoy making drinks with it. However, there’s one big issue that’s hard to ignore: it just doesn’t make the coffee or the foam hot enough. Even after adjusting the settings, the temperature still feels too low. The milk foam is warm at best, not hot, and the espresso shots don’t come out as hot as I’d expect—especially now with colder weather when hot drinks matter even more. Because of this, I’m honestly considering returning it. I’m not sure if it’s a problem with my specific unit or just how the machine is built, but for me, the temperature is a dealbreaker. If it weren’t for that, I’d be really happy with it. Overall, it’s a great beginner machine with good features, but if you prefer your coffee hot, this might not meet your expectations.
