    Battery life

    Battery life is fine for a small home. A second battery will be needed for larger homes over 2,500 square feet.

    Great features and powerful suction.

    Powerful suction and good battery performance. The auto feature is amazing as it detects where there's more dirt and increases the suction. Although bit heavier but due to better suction power coupled with auto feature I need to make less number of rounds of vacuuming. Enjoying the floor and carpet cleaner head as no need to change when going from rugs to floor to carpet. The only complain is the bin compartment doesn't close properly and you need to push a bit harder. Initially, on soft close even though on the 'click' sound the bin compartment remains slightly open and the dirt comes out littering the freshly vacuumed surfaces. Also emptying the bin takes few pushes to let all the dirt out of the bin compartment. Apart from this (which I've got a hang of it now) the cleaning is great since my purchase, let's see how the battery performs and for how long.

    Bought as a replacement - only frustration is I have had to buy the additional kit with proper crevice tool and upolstery tool as these were no longer included in the package..

    I love it. Perfect even for hot flushes

    I love it. After having a refurbished V8 for 12 years, I knew I would buy Dyson again. I have no carpets at home, but I do have a small dog and somehow loads of dust (who knows where it all comes from!?). The best thing for me is the air blowing towards me while vacuuming — in my peri-menopause state, it’s perfection 😆 (I know this definitely wasn’t an engineered feature for that reason, but it does the job!). The suction is excellent. It is a little heavy, but I understand that comes with the power and battery size. It’s easy to manoeuvre around surfaces, and the battery life has been ideal so far. I have mixed feelings about the light showing all the particles on the floor — sometimes it makes me want to vacuum all day (joke!). Overall, I’m not disappointed at all. I love it.

    Great Features

    My daughter has this same vacuum and I used it at her house and knew I wanted one. I love the power it has and it's so much quieter than any other vacuum I ever had. I like that there's a timer letting you know when the battery is going to run out. I love that there is no cord when I'm vacuuming the stairs. All around it's a great vacuum.

    Charging station design could be improved

    I had difficulty mounting the charging station. First, once the two pieces are snapped together they can’t be separated. I was just practicing! Dyson was kind enough to help me with this error. Next, I couldn’t get the screws provided to fit into the charging station when tightening things to the wall. The wall mount molding, where the screws tighten things down, is not the same shape as the screws. My husband shaved the molding and then we were able to get flush to the wall to keep the charging station from moving. Otherwise, the vacuum turns well and the suction is nice enough.

    Great vacuum

    Excellent vacuum, amazing suction, it picks up dust which is a must when you have wood/ceramic floors. Nice and lightweight easy to manoeuvre, good battery life. Im very happy.

    Great features & attachments

    Sounds bad, but I didn't realise how dirty my floors & carpets were until I got my Dyson, I'm truly in love with this product. The suction, superb, not noisy, ergonomics are great to get to hard to reach places, I honestly can't praise this enough. The amount of dog hair it picked up after using my old vacuum was amazing.

    Best new toy

    Best money I’ve ever spent. Amazing suction, so easily to manipulate, and fun to use. Eco mode makes for a longer lasting battery but, boost mode is great for carpets when heavily soiled.

    Super Sucker

    The vacuum works extremely well, which is deceiving by how it sounds. It picks up an amazing amount of crud from edge to edge of the power head. Very happy with the power head not getting in a tangled mess, it’s always clear of thread and hair. It’s pricey but with good reason. The Hoover stick vacuum that was replaced by the V15 did 20% of what the Dyson does.

    Laser floor attachment

    I bought this to replace my 12 year old Dyson stick vac. The laser head floor attachment is amazing. I thought it would be a gimmick, but it truly shows me so much that I cant see with the naked eye and it does such an amazing job of picking it all up. I love it!

    Compared to other products none

    Holds only a small amount of dust and dirt before you have to clean it and always seem to have a clog. I would have never purchase this product if i had known this.
