Great Features
My daughter has this same vacuum and I used it at her house and knew I wanted one. I love the power it has and it's so much quieter than any other vacuum I ever had. I like that there's a timer letting you know when the battery is going to run out. I love that there is no cord when I'm vacuuming the stairs. All around it's a great vacuum.

Great vacuum
Excellent vacuum, amazing suction, it picks up dust which is a must when you have wood/ceramic floors. Nice and lightweight easy to manoeuvre, good battery life. Im very happy.

Great features & attachments
Sounds bad, but I didn't realise how dirty my floors & carpets were until I got my Dyson, I'm truly in love with this product. The suction, superb, not noisy, ergonomics are great to get to hard to reach places, I honestly can't praise this enough. The amount of dog hair it picked up after using my old vacuum was amazing.

Best new toy
Best money I’ve ever spent. Amazing suction, so easily to manipulate, and fun to use. Eco mode makes for a longer lasting battery but, boost mode is great for carpets when heavily soiled.

Super Sucker
The vacuum works extremely well, which is deceiving by how it sounds. It picks up an amazing amount of crud from edge to edge of the power head. Very happy with the power head not getting in a tangled mess, it’s always clear of thread and hair. It’s pricey but with good reason. The Hoover stick vacuum that was replaced by the V15 did 20% of what the Dyson does.

Laser floor attachment
I bought this to replace my 12 year old Dyson stick vac. The laser head floor attachment is amazing. I thought it would be a gimmick, but it truly shows me so much that I cant see with the naked eye and it does such an amazing job of picking it all up. I love it!

Bin Locking issues right out of the gate

Compared to other products none
Holds only a small amount of dust and dirt before you have to clean it and always seem to have a clog. I would have never purchase this product if i had known this.

I’ve had a Dyson for 18months, I find the trigger feature uncomfortable to use. This could have been a better design as my finger gets quite sore.

Very satisfied.
This is the first stick vac I've owned. I bought a refurbished model. I'm impressed by the suction power. I'd recommend anyone who buys a stick vac to get a stand to hold the vacuum and all the attachments. There's a small dent in one of the parts, which is only cosmetic (like I said, it's a refurbished model). The one problem I've noticed is that the battery, after I put it on and off a few times, is now very, very difficult to click onto the vacuum. So much so, that I'm never taking it off, until it's time to get a new battery.

So Far Great
So far a good upgrade from the V12. It does have a bit more suction power. The battery lasts well too. Filtration seems to be similar.

Poor design quality
Poor build quality, failed after just a handful of uses After only a few uses, the electrical contact prongs on the main unit bent and misaligned on their own. This is the connection point where the wand attaches, so it directly affects the core power connection. Dyson offered a replacement, but I have no confidence the same thing won't happen again. This is clearly a design and durability problem. I've requested a full refund instead. For a premium-priced product, it shouldn't fall apart this quickly.
