Love it

I bought my new Dyson robot vacuum a month ago and I absolutely love it. The mapping was easy and straightforward. I was able to easily divide my space into 2 separate areas. The cat hair alone that was picked up was impressive. The suction is excellent. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family

I am a huge Dyson fan. Have a wash G1, Outsize and 3 more cordless and a corded vacuum. The robot is not at Dyson standards. Was excited to get it but disappointed. The other products are great!

Great vacuum with inferior navigation

I rate the vacuum capability a 5, however, I rate the navigation capability a 1. So I average it and overall give 3 stars. The unit can’t find its home base too many times. It gets stuck between hardwood and area rugs. It also gets lost in its own map.

Great vacuum terrible sensors

We enjoy this robot. It has great suction and is low enough to get under our sofa, bed and counters. Only downside is side is that its sensors constantly need cleaning and it has a terrible time trying to get back to its dock.

Bad features!

I can't recommend this robot vacuum. The first time the map was scanned, it didn't completely cover the apartment. It needs to be scanned again, but I'd rather use that time for cleaning. The map itself isn't completely understandable. Currently, the two modes—fast and auto—don't completely clean the apartment. Lately, it hasn't been able to return to the docking station. The only positive is that it vacuums carpets well, but the negatives outweigh the positives. I bought it on sale, so it's definitely not worth the full price.

Average

Despite numerous hours of mapping, it can never find the docking station which is located in the wide open. Battery lasts almost 2 hours. It does a decent job vacuuming though.

Disappointed

Frequent issues like dust on sensors and getting lost mean it’s less time saving than I expected. Cleaning quality is not very good on carpet. Recharging drags out cleaning time.

Dyson Robot Vacuum 2025 model

Wow this thing is great! I have 2 German shepherds. The robot vacuum has cut down my time to vacuum. I start the robot through the app then empty the bin when it completes. It’s handling the dog hair and dust like a champ! Gets the job done. Very pleased with it.

No good

Not as expected, disappointed Took long time to scan, and didn’t cover the whole condo, have to scanned 3 times but still didn’t cover all area. Everytime it cleans it stucks somewhere. The camera doesn’t seem to be able to see clearer. The machine went up on my feet one time, and it hurts so bad. Stuck even on an area rug. So the schedule function doesn’t work as we need to supervise the machine. Took the vacuum forever to get back to the dock we don’t know why. The machine got out of battery trying to get home but the dock was right in front of the machine. Very disappointed with the price, although suction power is good, but it just doesn’t live up to the usage of having a robot vacuum machine. I am an owner of 4 Dyson products this is the one that’s way below expectation. I wished I never bought it but now it’s too late

The Dyson 360 Vis Nav did a good job mapping my house but refuses to clean the master bedroom and master bath. Tried to clean the entire house twice unsuccessfully. Looks like I'll have to remap the house. It did a good job cleaning the areas it did clean.

Too early to say!

We purchased this device approximately 2 weeks ago, and it's too early to form an opinion. It's a rugged little beast that does a good job of collecting dirt, debris, and dog hair. However, the mapping is a bit complex and difficult to fence off furniture. The unit gets caught on many pieces of furniture, and it needs to be rescued. It also runs out of charge and often dies in areas where it was vacuuming rather than returning to the charger.

love this thing

we bought this cause we were struggling with robot vacuums that just could not handle our dog hair. This thing has been amazing. We had kept trying to try different robot vacuums that emptied themselves, but we’re running into the issue where they weren’t actually doing the job we needed them to do and we would 1000% rather empty a canister and know that all of the hairs and dust and dirt is getting picked up. The only qualm I have about this is the mapping sucks unless it is in a central room. We really wanted it to be in our guest bedroom on one side of our home and we have a very small home and it could not figure out the map until I made its home the center of our whole house which is our living room now it works great but that’s the only bummer

Very difficult to use, and has many issues

6 year old robotos worked well on my 1st floor. But dyson cannot find route back, keeps spinning in one location, low suction, noisy, flashes intense lights. Did not expect this. Sorry.

Cleans great, but get hung up & lost regularly.

I purchased this unit to clean my 1600 s/f office. It cleans wonderfully when it running, but every morning we find it hing up on things or with a dead battery. Cannot seem to find our centrally located and highly visible docking station.
