Good Vacuum but...
Works great as a Vacuum. Long term support and lack of replacement parts is worrisome. I had accidentally broke the machine while trying to do a deep clean, my only option is buy another one. Not even Dyson service fixes these i was told. Kinda crazy to me since they have the parts to make it in the first place. E-waste at its finest.

Glad Harry joined the family!
I have been purchasing Dyson vacuum's for many years now and have always been satisfied with the products. When I went looking for a robot vacuum, i didn't want the mop. The mapping was easy, although i Harry missed the entire living room, so we had to go back and do it again. Changing zones was easy and opted for more than less. Suction is great! The fact Harry can get under the beds is fabulous! he does have some issues with floor vents when doing hard wood floors, but not so much on carpet. He also isn't good at corners. But I can spend 20 minutes catching those places on a weekly basis and let Harry carry the rest of the load. Fair trade, but I can't give him and excellent rating.

Premium price, subpar performance
Strong point is the power of the suction and efficiency over varying terrains. The mapping is hugely inaccurate, and the unit doesn't follow even its own map. I have a 10 year old i-Robot machine that is strictly a "Harvey Wallbanger" in terms of intelligence, but it covers the area much better with its totally random approach and little sweeper brush. It's no wonder Dyson put this unit on sale for less than half price. Probably not worth even that. However, they did send me a new one when the first one became inoperable within its warranty period. Second one has same issues as the first, but at least I can get it to operate manually. What a nightmare and waste of mney.

Perfect Robot Vacuum
I’ve had this vacuum for over a month and couldn’t be happier. The software works as expected; the mapping of my place took me only one try; and it’s a bit of a workhorse as I use it everyday. I have other Dyson vacuums and I appreciate their construction and how easy they are to clean. No issues with the vacuum getting stuck or confused - works on tile floors and area rugs. Would love to get another one for my family.

Not worth the star given!
I purchased two units within 3 weeks. The first unit battery would not charge. I echoed it for a second unit which charged after software update and room mapping. The units vacuum motor failed to start and and I was presented with error stating there is a clog. Followed the instructions to clear reported blockage. The was not blocked in the canister, debris pathway or roller brush. Shame on you DYSON Vision nav 360 is nice to look at and that's it. HORRIBLE PRODUCT. With plastic components (useless plastic debris flap) in places not needed and deliberately designed to fail. You have taken planned obsolescence to a new level. SHAMEFUL!

Amazing robot
This robot is phenomenal. We have 2 older models from other companies. They were good but our new dyson cleans floors and the air better than we hoped. We have a mini aussie with a thick, beautiful coat. We were hoping for a magical robot and we got our wish!

Positive and not so positive but I'd buy again
Good and not so good but I've decided that I won't find another with everything or rated good or great in all areas. Mapping is ok and I occasionally remap to see if I can get a better map of my home. Navigation is better than other brands but I've found if it's low on battery it has a difficult time finding the base to recharge. Does a good job in getting to areas other brands didn't, like under beds and in-between counter stools, great job with this one. However it is constantly getting stuck on the floor registers which is a drag when thy are under beds. Area that I have it working is around 2000 sq feet, not my whole house but areas that gets most of the traffic, unfortunately it has to recharge 3-4 times before it completes it's task, sometimes it can take all day. I'd run it at night but since it gets stuck on floor registers so often I don't think that would work. I rate the suction very good I've seen it pass by dog hair and it gets sucked up without being directly on top of it. Wish it was self emptying and if they come out with one I'd definitely get it and use this one on the side of the house that doesn't get as much traffic. I like the soft roller since I just had new hardwood floors installed. Tried another brand and it got stuck and put dents in my new floor with the brushes whirling round and round. That same brand touted their ability to stick close to walls but it didn't, the Dyson does. If there are window covering to the floor it doesn't bump into them or suck them up. Overall pretty happy with it and would of given it more stars if not for the limited battery life.

Not a very smart vacuum
I bought this a month ago and this Dyson is stupid. It gets stuck everywhere. Forgets where its home charging base is. There is no option in the app to send the vac to the base for charging. It does have good suction but I’ve never watched it clean along the edge of any walls. I’m sending this back for a refund.

Lack of user-friendly logs/diagnostics
I ran our Dyson through its inaugural mapping, segmented the area, then scheduled three jobs. The first job ran without issues, however, when running the other two jobs, the Dyson would move about two feet, stop, spin, then return to the dock. I manually started a job from the top of the Dyson and it had no problems going through the entire house. I was unable to get it to run on schedule, however. I moved the dock about 5 inches from the last location (and at an angle, not against the wall) and remapped the house, and, so far, it's running on schedule. I'm very unhappy with the unhelpful notifications that appear when the Dyson can't or won't finish a job. I've had problems with my Roomba i5 not getting to mapped areas, so we invested in the Dyson. I may go back to manually vacuuming my house and not recommend Dyson to my family or friends.

I bought 3 Dyson 360 for my home, my second home and my Daughters condo. I called support to say I was unable to get my second vac linked to my app. I spoke with support they said it would take 3-5 days for support to help me. That was weeks ago, I called again to get support they said the same thing they would call me in 3-5 days. I still need help it is still not working. This is one of the worst experiences of support I have experienced.

Excellent robot vacuum!
I had tried 2 other robot vacs before this one and they both got returned to the place of purchase. This one has been great, it got stuck once in a corner, no obstructions, while mapping the house, but merely had me reposition it then finished the map. It did only the areas it had yet to map, so it pieced together the initial map as well. The dirt removal is excellent and it is so quiet that I can hardly believe it’s picking up so much! Other than a couple floor vents where the lever tips the wheels and my stove overhang pushes it down and stopping the vac, there are no issues. Even when it hangs up like that, it only needs me to slightly reposition it and then it calculates where it is and continues the job. It was super easy to block off the floor vents in the app to prevent future problems. The dust bin can hold many days of debris if I don’t wish to change it often. It gets very close to edges aa well. Overall a great choice.

Great suction poor navigation
I purchased this about a month ago and while this unit has amazing Suction and cleaning abilities, I have two large dogs that shed a tremendous amount and I no longer have to go back and vacuum rugs. it is constantly lost or getting stuck when going from flat wood floors to thin carpet. Super disappointing. The mapping features are not great very difficult to align where to not go. For instance, my office is a room that I did not allow to be mapped as I have courts, etc. on the floor, and I did not want it in here to prevent it from getting stuck in the wires, unfortunately it comes in here If the door is not shut. I do wish the unit wasn’t as high as it is because now it doesn’t fit underneath some things, but it does a decent job

Shame on you Dyson, shame. These cannot find their docks, get stuck in exclusion zones, forget their mapping. These wouldn’t be the best thing since sliced bread if they were the very next thing invented after sliced bread.. They do a wonderful job cleaning just plan on carrying the soomed little fella back to the dock when it dies trying to find home.

Works but lacks connectivity
Got it a month ago. Had to map the house twice for it to work properly. Does not use the Matter protocol, so it has very limited connectivity as a smart device. Very good at vacuuming.

Machine supplied as "new" to remedy warranty claim
This machine was supplied as a 'new' replacement machine but refurbished model supplied. Original machine developed an airway blockage issue that caused it to cease operating. Warranty clerk confirmed that replacement machine would be a new machine, in new packaging, etc. Refurbished machine was sent back, with another new machine supplied. This is disappointing from Dyson.
