I was really disappointed. For some reason it just spread the stain deeper into my carpet. I followed the instructions carefully. Even using what cleaner it recommended. I wished it had worked. It would have saved me the grief of spending way more. Definitely returning it.

I am so glad that I really bought this product. i have a cat, and he loves to make messes on my carpet. Looking like Picasso art on my rug. That is so not fair to me. But it truly does get 90 percent of the messes that I havent scrubbed behind. Truly, 9.5 out of ten

I have the older model of this carpet cleaner and the only thing I don't like is that you can't throughly clean the dirty water collection container. I decided to purchase this one as in the details it explains that the reservoir can be opened and I received the older model. Definitely not as advertised and will be returning it to the store. I don't recommend it.

it's ok!
It is very ok. it cleans good enough, but it's is very difficult to clean the tank where dirty water collects and also the brush area, for this reason I will be returning it as soon as I get an opportunity. Also by the second use it seemed like it was on the verge of breaking. so I just just stopped using it I do like the compact size, but keep in mind that means you have to fill the clean water tank often.

Love it!!
We purchased this to clean our carpet after our dog was sick from an upset stomach. Wow!! It works great! I only had to go over it once and the stains came right up! The enzyme treatment it comes with is amazing. The heat feature is nice because it really helps the carpet dry quickly. Very happy with my purchase and highly recommend.

BUY IT!!
This is the BEST home carpet cleaner I’ve used in 20 years! (I’ve only used two others in the past)…if you DO NOT need to clean furniture with attachments, this is perfect! SO compact and efficient, SIMPLY designed, and mighty powerful!! It is super lightweight and easy to push/pull. Gets around corners smoothly, and does not soak the carpets! Floors were reasonably wet, then the suction was plenty enough to feel comfortable to walk on (without socks!). For small spaces, this is ideal! Yes, you’ll have to empty/fill reservoirs more frequently, but they aren’t heavy and cumbersome-refills are a breeze! The ONLY thing I would change: the soiled water tank has a flap-type lid on its SIDE. I would prefer it be on top so I could EASILY rinse and empty the tank without so much struggle and effort! Thank you Hoover and Target! I appreciate Target Rewards and free shipping so I do NOT have to resort to Amazon! This was a bargain and hopefully it will last for many years to come!
