A: Hoover responded in Sept that the model number was 608000. Has it changed? It’s a bit confusing. Also different model number on the Hoover website.

I had a different one from a leading manufacturer that was hard to clean and didn't do the job like this one does, what a game changer! I highly recommend this HOOVER XL. It does a beautiful job!!!

Very satisfied. Built with common sense engineering.
I used this machine immediately after purchase. I did three rooms. My previous two machines were the the "B" brand. This machine works VERY well and is designed for simplcity. The cleaning routine is so easy compared to my past machines. I would have given 5 stars but I'm not sure of the longevtity factor since it's plastic with a lot of snap-in parts. Time will tell, but the machine is efficient and very well engineered. The price was well below comparable models.

3-17-25: After receiving the wrong model (FH68030) Powerscrub XL twice and returning it, I contacted Target and worked with Customer Service to correct the problem with their warehouse. However, Target informed me it may take 10-14 days before correction is complete. You may want to wait before ordering until the problem has been resolved. The Powerscrub XL Pet model is definitely the model you want if you have pets because it comes with a very handy, detachable pet attachment.

I've bought the same carpet cleaner twice and the nozzle plug to my clean solution tank has broken again!!!!!! So the cleaning solution leaks out. Waste of money and it hasn't been a year for the 2nd one I bought. I just need a clean solution tank but they don't sell just the tank and I'm tired of wasting my money!!!!!

I had this product for less than a year it has an issue with draining water all by its self leaving puddles of water. And now it doesn't spray water at all. Very disappointing I have taken it apart.
