When it worked it was great! Doesn’t work any more
When this worked it was a wonderful carpet cleaner. It has stopped working and despite all the fixes offered by support it has proven to be a colossal waste of money. Not sure I can recommend Shark products any longer.

Highly recommend. I bought this after my bisssell broke. It is much easier to clean the dirty tank. It gets the carpets way more clean than the bissell ever did. The hoses are attached which is so much more convenient. It has much more suction power. My carpets dry in a fraction of the time. It blows the bissell away. I highly recommend!

We have cats who like to….mark whose human owns what furniture. This machine is works great! The extra fur protection is a god send! So many of my machines get gummed up by fur. Even after a lot of vacuuming!!

I have used this a few times now and I never realized how much dirt gets left behind to the naked eye! I used it on my dog's bed ramp that I have owned for 5+ years and never cleaned because I never owned a carpet cleaner before, and the filth that this vacuum picked up was shocking. I also used it on my car driver's seat. So gross. I was intimidated about using this vacuum because I thought it would be complicated, but it's super easy. I can't wait to use it more! Shark makes quality products.

exchanged the item the first time because the handheld hose stopped spraying. It was such a good steam cleaner that I wanted to give it another try, but the same issue happened again. I read through all the instructions carefully and made sure I was using it correctly. Now I’m hoping I’ll still be able to return it, as the box was accidentally thrown away.

A man must have designed this
I have had this for 2 days. My back hurts. My arms hurt. The tanks are tiny. You have to empty the dirty tank 3 times to 1 refill of clean solution, why they didn’t make them the same size, I will never know. You get a solid 3 minutes of cleaning before having to empty the dirty tank. A woman would have never designed this like that. We don’t have time for that. However, it was super easy to put it together and get started. And my carpet is beautiful again. Worth it .

I love this!!! I use to have a bissell pet pro and didn’t like it. This new shark you don’t have to pull any triggers and wonder if your putting the correct amount of solution down. I always put way too much. And I absolutely hated the smell of the solution. This shark is a dream all you do is push the machine and pull back and the machine figures that all out for you. It’s a little heavy but it cleans so well I don’t care. I love the dry mode. It’s just sucking up extra solution and therefore it drys allot faster. I really like it. My dogs loves is getting older and having accidents and I use this allot. It’s very easy to rinse the machine after use and you just let it air dry. I’m so happy with this . It’s the best I’ve ever owned. Also it has two places where it sucks up instead of the normal one place. It is totally recommended!!

Good Product With Potential Carper Damage
The shampooer works great. T he capacity is kinda small so refills are required more often than expected. Also, it appears that, like the Shark Vacuum, some of the carpet fibers are being pulled off carpet while cleaning. Not sure how much damage this is causing since I just started using bother pieces of cleaning equipment.

Small but mighty
Love this machine, it is smaller than my Hoover but it has more suction and does not clog! We have 2 dogs that shed and lots of woman in the house with half our home being carpet !! It’s pricey but worth it! Ninja comes with 5 year limited warranty

Happy with this product!
I just bought this product within the last week. I have already used it to clean my two bedroom carpets. Overall, and considering what you would pay to have your carpets cleaned by an outside company, this is a high-value product. It is easy to use as well. The only reasons I did not give it five stars are 1) the CarpetXpert tank (contains dilute carpet cleaner) empties too fast and 2) the dirty water tank fills up too fast. These two issues don’t always happen at the same time; they interrupt your ability to get through a full room without refilling the Xpert tank and emptying the dirty water tank. On my master bedroom, I had to empty the dirty water tank three times. Nonetheless, I am happy I bought it and I would buy it again.
