How do you shoulder has always come through , the texture is a little thicker than regular shampoo, and it always seems to my hair feeling really clean and fresh. It rinses out really well. The texture is smooth and the scent is gentle and not too powerful. Typically I’m a fan of the combo shampoo and conditioner but this works well with other conditioners also if necessary. Directions say to use at least twice a week but I’ve never had issues using it more than that. Make sure you shake before use.
