Made hair fall out in clumps
Made my hair fall out in huge clumps every time I brushed or washed it. I thought it was maybe something hormonal with me but turns out it was the conditioner. As soon as I stopped using it and switched to something else, no more clumps of hair in my hands or brush. I’ll be growing my hair out for the next few years. :(

Good for eczema on scalp
I use this conditioner because I have a patch of ecezema on my scalp that was being very irritated by the "salon-grade" conditioner I was using. This one doesn't cure the ecezema (I wish!), but it doesn't irritate or cause it to worsen either. I'm really happy I switched. It also has a really nice smell.

Since my husbands has really dry scalp, this was a great product. He first user the shampoo and then this product afterwards. His hair shines and smells great. He says scalp is not itchy and not flaky. Definite A plus. Highly recommend.
