Awesome shampoo!
The only shampoo my scalp likes! I went back to using H&S after using other shampoos that stopped working and than built up on my scalp. This shampoo cleared all that build up, left my scalp feeling very refreshed and hydrated and hair very soft. I can use this every day without drying out my scalp and hair and perfect if using hair gel alot. I love the scent of the Classic clean, very clean scent. I'll stick with Head and Shoulders from now on since it never disappoints me :)

They definitely have changed the formula. It doesn’t lather well or come out of your hair when washing. Leaves hair greasy. Smells nice but isn’t effective.

In reference to a formula change, there have been no recent formula updates to this product. As you likely know our shampoos and conditioners offer varying levels of moisturization, so this product may have been more moisturizing than what is needed for you hair type. We would recommend trying something with a lower conditioning level, such as Head & Shoulders Bare Pure Clean Shampoo and try using less product to see if it rinses our better. Regarding the lather, if the shampoo don’t lather much, that does not mean it is not working. If you don’t wash your hair every day, the shampoo may not lather well at first, so we recommend shampooing the hair again after rinsing. Hard water also causes there to be less lather. I have used head & shoulders classic clean shampoo for about a month. Instead of getting rid of dandruff, this gives me extremely dry scalp and much more dandruff than before. I thought this would get better with more usage, doesn't look like so...

My go to for scalp problems

Head & shoulders is a great shampoo to just have in your shower in case you’re struggling with dandruff on occasions. I wouldn’t use it for daily use but I’d definitely use it when needed. It works fast!

He use this product and was amazed at the result. His hair looked and smelled great. He now uses it every time he washes his hair. Really great product and highly recommend.
