Changed the Smell
This stuff used to be great, it worked (not like a miracle but fine) and had the best fragrance I've ever experienced. Then they changed it to a completely different aroma: a STRONG coconut smell that's overpowering and fake. It's too cloying. I can't use this product anymore. I literally have to put in the effort to find a competitor's product now just over the new, gross smell. I'm mad.

I bought this in February for $8. Now it is 12 - same size, same packaging. I would have bought it again at $8 as a "cheap" leave in/heat protector, but not for $12. I'll find something better at that price point. greedflation is real, I guess.

WOW. my hair came out so soft. in the past i used pureology, and then switched to its a 10. both gave me meh results. i tried this at the suggestion of an influencer suggesting it due to it being very light and probably better for those like myself with very fine straight hair. my hair, the first wash, with no other new products, came out so nice. much softer and smoother than the other products i mentioned.

Terrible Change in Formula
If you're excited to try this because of the high ratings, those ratings are from people that used the product before the formula changed. When they changed the formula, they also changed the scent and it's TERRIBLE. I'll never understand why companies try to fix something that isn't broken. I'd recommend trying something else—this new version is total garbage.

Crunchy, tangled hair
Air dried or blow dried, this product makes my hair super crunchy and tangled. Not sure how it's supposed to help breakage when it is actively causing it. I cannot recommend it

Amazing multi tasker

BRING BACK THE OLD SCENT
This used to be my holy grail for my fine hair especially because I LOVED the original Pantene scent!! I ran out and repurchased only to find the smell completely different and the formula changed. I can’t speak for the formula because I’m writing this 5 minutes after spraying onto my hair so my hair hasn’t had a chance to dry yet but I’m so disappointed about the change in scent I had to come on and write a review. PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL SCENT!!! I’ve also seen so many people complain about this and the fact that the formula changed to add keratin, and a lot of people can’t put that in their hair. Please bring back the original and keep this “updated” version as a SEPARATE product!! Will not be repurchasing again unless this happens, it is such a MASSIVE disappointment!!

Bring back the old formula and scent!
This used to be my favorite leave in EVER, but the reformulation is horrible and the smell is disgusting. This was the only leave in spray that worked for my very fine hair. This new version makes my hair greasy and weighed down. The smell is so bad, it make me gag. Please bring back the old formula and scent!

I've read several reviews on other websites,about this product,the 10 in 1 spray and they are overwhelmingly negative due to the most recent change in formula, that's why I came on here,to read the reviews before I buy it but (only on this product) there are no reviews.Its just blank.Which is strange because all the other products have reviews.I hope Pantene changes the product back to the previous 10 in 1(that someone recommended to me)because what I've read (on other websites is this～the product was wonderful now it's not and each one mentioned that it smells bad.I hope I can try the previous spray one day.

It sucks now
This used to be my favorite leave in, but the reformulation is terrible. I did not realize it had been reformulated when I repurchased and the first time I used the new version, I could immediately tell. I can't stand the new scent (it is very sweet) and it makes my usually silky hair feel like straw and does not detangle as well.

This has been a staple in my routine for years now after trying so many kinds. I use it after I wash my hair to help detangle, it leaves my hair feeling soft, doesn't weigh it down or leave a film (I have fine hair). Although the scent changed and I agree the old scent was better, I find it still works the same. My complaint is how the price keeps going up a lot.

Why change to such an inferior product?!?!
New formula stinks. I could almost overlook the horrible new scent of the new formula that now contains keratin if it did any of the things listed, but it does not live up to the original, it does not do any of the things listed. 10 in 1? There's not even one thing listed. Did not control frizz,left my hair dry, and again, did not do anything listed. BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL PLEASE! And quite frankly, the new smell is atrocious. The original scent was almost like hair perfume... was just such a lovely, clean, fresh, just stepped out of a salon, made you feel good scent.

I too loved the original. It did everything it said and smelled wonderful! This new product smells awful does not control frizz,does not leave hair soft or smooth, does not do anything it's supposed to do. I read Pantene's response to similar reviews and athe response was an attempt to sell more products, at least 3 other items were listed that they would need to use to control frizz, etc. We didn't have to do all that when we bought the original Miracle Rescue 10 in1, and you could use it knowing it would just smell so wonderful. Was so nice tonhave salon results at home. The new product is so inferior in so many ways, especially the smell which if the product actually worked, I might overlook. I definitely would not recommend to anyone and will not be using any longer until it is back to the original. Questioning using Pantene products at all...
