I purchased this because of all the good reviews. This conditioner is not hydrating at all! My hair still feels like straw even when in the shower. I gave it a couple tries but it doesn’t make my hair soft at all.

Stinky and dry
I reordered l this as my supply from a couple years ago finally ran out. Sadly they changed the formula, it’s not nearly as moisturizing and the fragrance smells like my a musty tube of very old floral hand cream. This version is made in Mexico and the ingredients are different than my old stuff made in USA. I’ll actually try to return this, I’m so put off.

I hate that Pantene changed the formula for this product. it doesn't work the way it used to and it's hard to fully rinse it from your hair. My hair used to look full and shiny after using it but now it looks sad and limp. I ended up just throwing the rest of it in the trash.
