Leave the conditioner on for up to 5 minutes. Use more conditioner on the ends of your hair, which does not get enough of the natural oils from your scalp. Everyone has this microbe but about half of us have a sensitivity to it, which causes irritation, flaking and redness. It's very important to use Head & Shoulders a minimum of 2 days a week, for at least 6 weeks. For maximum results, use it every time you shampoo.
