It claims to protect and repair cavities and tbh I don’t know if it’s fully working to “repair”. My dentist gave us one from the Colgate brand that seemed to work better in my opinion. I do like how this one will show the plaque stuck in your teeth still so you can go over it to remove it. I’ll give it a 7/10

I have very thin teeth, which creates a lot of sensitivity when I am trying to whiten my teeth because my enamel is very thin. Overall, this product I can use for daily use without issues or nerve pain in my teeth when drinking or eating hot and cold items.
