Description
The flexible design of the Hamilton Beach® FlexBrew® Trio Coffee Maker lets you brew coffee three different ways. On the single-serving side, you have two brewing options: making coffee with your favorite brand of pod (such as a K-Cup* pod) or using ground coffee. Using a pod lets you brew up to 10 oz. of coffee, and brewing with coffee grounds lets you brew any size cup up to a 14 oz., 7-1/4" tall travel mug. When you want 12 cups of coffee, simply fill the water reservoir and brew basket on the carafe side just like you would a traditional coffee maker. You can set up wake-up ready coffee the night before with Easy-Touch programming and pour yourself a cup before the brewing cycle has finished with Automatic Pause and Pour. After brewing, coffee stays warm in the carafe for 2 hours, then the power automatically shuts off. No matter which way you brew, Select-a-Brew lets you choose bold or regular brewing strengths. Included with the Hamilton Beach FlexBrew Trio Coffee Maker is a 12 cup glass carafe, single-serve pod holder, single-serve brew basket and a cup rest with a storage area for either. Compatible with Keurig K-Cup®* pods and other pod brands.

I ordered this and four days later I got a crockpot. I called Customer Service, they said they would send me out a replacement, two days later I got another crockpot. Considering this was a gift for the next day for a housewarming party. I really didn’t have too many options so they told me to just take it back to the store to get my money back. That’s great, then I had to buy something in the store that cost me a lot more than I wanted to spend.

I received my package today which was supposed to be a coffee maker and it was a slow cooker now I have to go to the store and exchange it or get a refund because I did not get the right item. They should fix this issue because when I went to write this review little did I know that there are a bunch of reviews saying that they got the same thing. Stop selling a coffee maker when that is not what we are getting. I know not to read the reviews before I get anything from here from now on.

Idiot in warehouse
ordered the FlexBrew Coffee maker and received a crockpot!!!! on the line now with a rep that can't speak good English. Telling me that I need to return to a store(by the way it is 50 miles from me that's why I ordered online) or to a UPS post. Wasting my time to run to make a return that some stupid idiot in the warehouse picked in error. Target could care less that it is an inconvenience to a customer! Needless to say I will NOT buy from Target again and I would not recommend Target. By the way...this coffee maker in a good purchase if you get the right item.
