Q: How long will it keep your coffee hot? I see some reviews say not long at all.

A: It doesn’t keep it hot or cold for long . Takes me an hr to get to work by the time I get there the ice has completely melted on my coffee. Will never buy again .

Q: Will this spill if I throw it in a purse/backpack?

A: No! This version of their coffee cup offering is leak proof when closed. The original design does not close so it would but the slider version will not. Mine rode completely upside in my purse and not a single drop dripped!

Terrible service on orders
So mad at target. This is the second item they sell you on sale and then cancel it or come up with an excuse why it can’t be delivered. Like these were damaged! They never SHIPPED!! Be honest. Same thing happened with my other order of a Vera Bradley bag. 2 days before Christmas!! Don’t even try to chat or call! You will wait for hours. So disappointed in target this year.

Not very durable but No spilling
I got this for my husband, he has weird cup holders in his truck and almost no cups fit in them so i wanted to get him a tumbler that is spill proof, this one does just that. He doesn’t drink hot drinks but for cold drinks it keeps things really cold. The only thing i don’t like is that he just dropped it at work for the first time and it dented pretty bad on the bottom in a few spots so it stands kind of funky now, i wish it was more durable for the price.

I called the store their system was down. The guy said he would go pick it and hold it. Told me to go hold for 5 min 25 minutes the phone hangs up and I call back to no answer and then I had to go back to work.
