    So far, it's great!

    Only two things I would change - the lid on the carafe makes it difficult to fill from the water dispenser on the fridge, and the cover over the grind portion of the reservoir - on a 'normal' size counter top, it doesn't let you open it fully before hitting the cupboard above & will sometime slap closed while filling up with fresh water.
