    Complete Crap 7 months in

    This is such a peice of crap! We were so excited to receive this as a wedding present ( it was literally my favorite gift we received) but it turned out to be a complete waste of money. It's extremely loud though I was willing to put up with that since the shape and size of the ice was really awesome. After only 7 months the unit started having issues. It would make a few peices of ice and that have a really bad scraping noise and no more ice. I've been cleaning it and running vinger through it like the instructions say and yet it is completely broken less than a year in. I contacted the company for the supposed warranty and so far they have been the most ridiculous and unprofessional customer service I have ever contacted. Wanting a whole bunch of videos and pictures. 10/10 would NOT recommend!

    Do not buy

    Quit working cleaned it filled it it makes a few Pieces then stops turning and makes a grinding noise. Unplug let it sit then try again and it makes a few nuggets then makes a grinding noise and stops making ice only lasted 6 months

    Item worked great for about 5 months, started making horrible sounds that forced us to reset multiple times a day by month 6, and completely stopped working 7 months in! Way overpriced for a machine that couldn’t make a year!!!

    It's Alright

    The cubes are small and square but is decent nugget ice. If you're getting this thinking it's going to be like chickfala or good starbucks ice it wont be. Like better than regular ice, is kind of loud (like a dishwasher is loud) It does take a while to make a lot of ice, it doesn't take forever (maybe an hour)

    SO loud!

    Quick ice when you need it

    Makes ice very quickly. I also like the little ice nuggets it makes, especially if you're someone who chews ice as they drink. The only thing that I don't like is that it does not work as a freezer, meaning the ice will eventually melt if left sitting in the basket. My ice maker on my fridge is constantly breaking so having this on standby is awesome.

    Very disappointed

    We have an $80 ice cube maker for our rv and saw that this was on sale touting ot made more cubes in less time. Don't be fooled. This is a regularly priced unit (of you shop around). It also doesn't make cubes. It makes "nuggets" which h explains how they can say it make more. See pics. We've had this for less than a week. It made nuggets but has now started to make slush. Ice is so small you have to use over half in your drink cup. When pouring an unrefrigerated soda in, it melts the ice and you have to refill. We are thinking of returning it.

    Awesome ice!

    I’ve had issues with my fridge’s ice maker for years, so I tried this portable one, and it’s been great! I followed the instructions, cleaned it, and it started making ice right away. It’s pretty quiet, just a soft hum. I was concerned it wouldn’t make enough ice since we use a lot, but after running it for about 6 hours, it made almost 6 gallons of nugget ice—perfect for our Christmas party! It does freeze together in the freezer, but I can easily break it apart.

    Definitely recommend this one!

    This machine works great! It doesn’t take long to start making ice. Once the basket is full, I store the ice in a freezer bag. The water tank holds plenty of water to make a lot of ice. The ice is best when it’s fresh, with a nice soft crunch. I use filtered water, and it sits on the counter without being too loud.
