A: Hello, Patsy. Thank you for your interest in our product. The ice maker has no freezing function. While it does have an insulating effect, and cannot store ice for a long time. It is recommended to transfer the ice to the freezer.

Dripping water in unit. Returned
I read all directions. Filled water and first batch it went down one cup. Was not a filled basket, and the fill water came on...3/4 still waterbutvitcwouldnt make more. I searched Videos..no one has that problem. and it's winter and ice was soft. Not hard ..so I took ice out every six cubes into freezer..and the dampness around every six went in my freezer container ,so all thel ice stuck together.one solid brick..It wasn't making my old semi dry cubes. They were dripping wet. Then the Motor made louder and louder noise...it didn't seem functional and I returned it. There is no place to get questions answered ..
