Q: How do you get it to vacuum only? Mopping is nice but not every time. There is no option for me to do one or the other, the water resevoir is empty but vac won't even entertain working while empty.

A: I am trying to figure out the same thing- the AV2610WA (Amazon verson) vs RV2610WA (retail version) seems to have a difference in the dustbin and there is no support or for the Amazon version.

Great Vacuum
The robot was very easy to setup and I like that you can schedule it to run once a day. It does a great job vacuuming and a pretty good job mopping. Every now and then it only completes a very small area and thinks it’s done so that would be my inly complaint. I wouldn’t pay full price for this but I got it for a very good deal so at the sale price it is excellent value.

Honestly pretty disappointed in this item. We were switching from a Eufy and had heard such good things about Shark but the app is sooo less advanced (can’t schedule per room can only schedule for entire house, can set to empty frequently so doesn’t suck as well if full, mapping is pretty annoying because rooms are created by adding squares not by selecting areas). So just a disappointing purchase that we were hoping would be an upgrade. I wouldn’t recommend this.

Great Robot with superior cleaning. We have two dogs and it handles the hair and dander better than our previous shark. The edge blower removes the dust bunnies the previous model would sometimes miss.

Target scammed me
CAME USED. BOUGHT IN STORE and it came with a safety lock and all scamming me into thinking it’s BRAND NEW. To my surprise it was filled with dust hair and all. Disgusting. Didn’t take pics of the bin because I am so LIVID. Don’t recommend buying anything expensive from target, they are not honest and I will never buy something like this from Them Ever again. Make me deal with holiday traffic once but making me return it during the madness is DIABOLICAL.

Buyer beware
I loved this vacuum until the bottom of the water reservoir completely detached after less than a year. So now I can’t use the mop function and they’ve been out of stock of the replacement bin for months so I haven’t even been able to purchase a replacement.

Don't do it!
I'll start with the positive - it does a great job mapping. Negatives - you can only have 1 map. It took about an hour to map 600 square feet. It doesn't pick up anything against walls. It missed a lot in the carpet. I vacuumed with my upright afterwards, also a Shark, and it picked up so much stuff. It kept vacuuming the bottom of a shelving unit to the point of damaging it. If you're looking for convenience, buy a Shark stick vacuum.

Breaks a lot
The robot keeps having parts break such as the mop clip twice and now the main dustbin clip. It is rediculous. I’ve had it six months and it is broken more than working. I had to tape it on to keep it in place.
