Your hair being dry and frizzy may have been due to the formula no longer being hydrating enough for your hair type. This could also lead to more tangles which may have been the reason why your hair was difficult to comb with the conditioner. For a better experience, we recommend allowing your conditioner to sit for a few minutes on your hair before detangling it.
