Product not what it used to be. Can no longer use.
The quality of the this product has changed. It used to be more concentrated and I think it had less dimethicone in it. Something in it now makes my hair feel coated and sticky instead of easy to comb and conditioned. It also now has MI based preservatives which cause contact dermatitis in about 1 out of 11 people who them. Parabens are much less likely to do so. I won't be buying this or any other shampoo with MI, so if you want people to continue buying your products I'd reconsider their inclusion. Disappointed long term user of Pantene products.

Residue can often happen as a result of using too much product or one that is not suitable for your hair type. You could try switching to a product more suitable to your hair type and needs and washing your hair more frequently to prevent a build-up of hairspray, mousse, gel, and so on. Brush your hair before washing. If your normal shampoo does not remove the residue, try a clarifying shampoo. OH MY GOSH. This is THE best shampoo I’ve ever ever used ever since Redken, living proof, pureology, this Pantene is better than any salon brand I’ve ever used, and yes I know it has silicone and sulfates, but most salon products do to, so as long as you use a clarifying shampoo every maybe momth, then you will be fine using silicones and sulfates, and I have struggled and struggled because every single sulfate silicone free shampoo conditioner I’ve bought including salon brand, made my hair EXTREMELY itchy, dry, and brittle.. so I’m telling who ever is reading this review to just get it, don’t listen to other..if it works for you.. GET IT. PLEASE GET THIS PANTENE GUYS THEY SAVED MY HAIR!!! I hope this helps xoxo💘
