The coffee is rich, flavorful, and so easy to make with the push of a button. I love the variety of pods available, which lets me switch up flavors depending on my mood. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this Vertuo Up machine for the past month and I really like it! It brews hotter than my previous older Nespresso machine. I think the coffee tastes much better as well. I really like the customization button where you can make stronger coffee, which is ideal for iced coffee or lattes. It is a bit loud when brewing and has a few more steps for cleaning up the used pod tray, but it is definitely worth it. I also like that you can use the machine with an app on your phone.

The design is functional and sleek and fits into small space. Love the color. Makes great coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The versatility this machine offers is great but it is quite a bit louder than our previous vertuo machine and it seems to dilute the coffee down a bit more so the bold nespresso flavor we're used to isn't quite there. Also the machine is more cheaply manufactured which can be felt in the flimsy water reservoir and floating tray (now made of plastic).

I returned it within 2 weeks of purchase. You will need to constantly clean the machine as it releases liquid after each use. If you have the other machines, you just need to worry about dumping the "trash" once it's full. Not with the new version. Not only does it hold the "trash" it holds onto liquid as well. Doing 2 pods of coffee, you can expect a shot of liquid in the "trash" that you will throw out. I actually started pouring in an espresso shot glass to prove a point, and it was when I made the final decision to return it. I couldn't fathom the amount of coffee that was being dumped in the "trash" with the used pods.

Underwhelming! I’ve owned so many Nespresso machines since 2000 and their original Citiz. I introduced entire family to Nespresso. I have an original Creatista as well but wanted to use Vertuo sometimes. Especially since orig capsules are not as strong. We have few Vertuos but I was thinking that this one was a big upgrade. Not at all!! 1. Ice coffee it will not brew colder coffee but hot w some higher concentration. 2. WiFi settings are useless - just to read your capsules and modify hotter or sizing brew (if it truly does anything). The WiFi will NOT automate anything and you cannot push on the app “brew” to brew it for you even from any location of your home. Thats a big downfall. They can do better. My Instantapot does that w touch of app options. This Nespresso WiFi is pointless. 3. It’s very loud and shaky - lots of plastic too 4. Small tray for capsules and lots of water accumulation that I spend more time cleaning it after almost each use than enjoying it 5. Water container is small It’s absolutely nothing special and it’s disappointing that Nespresso has removed VertuoPlus and VertuoPlus Deluxe. So glad I still have my VertuoPlus - holds more water in reservoir, bigger capsule container, way much quiet running machine, automate one button brewing, faster and bigger. Bring them back. I’ll stick to my beautiful white VertuoPlus. As far as coffee depends on your taste. Some can be little bitter. We get sometimes Starbucks Nespresso at Target etc., but we love Melazzio and my fav Bionco doppio w frothed milk. Always recycle.

Had it now for 2 months, and it's the worst I've ever had in 22 years. I have more coffee in the used cap container than in the cup. I clean that thing every day because it is leaving such a mess.

It’s much quieter than our previous machine and heats up almost instantaneously. The capsule being loaded like the original machine is much easier to close. The larger reservoir is a nice bonus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this machine for about a week now and was a bit worried that there would be a problem with the drip tray that the pods fall into - I saw many people on Reddit complaining that the water build up was simply too much. Thankfully, I have not run into this problem! The water levels were minimal and very manageable, and I really enjoy all the other aspects of this machine. While I do wish the materials were of a higher quality than plastic, the machine works great and makes great coffee.

I have been using Nespresso coffee machines for years now, but this one blew my mind! This machine fixed all the little inconveniences the previous models had, as if the Nespresso team read my mind. What I love about this coffee maker: 1. It fits any size of cup from mini to large and tall, so that the coffee doesn’t splash. 2. The used capsule compartment is much bigger and easily accessible from the front, so you don’t have to move the machine to get to it. 3. The water tank can slide into any position you need depending on your kitchen layout. 4. The machine reads the barcode on the capsule, so you don’t have to stop at desired amount - it stops automatically. 5. The ice coffee feature adjusts the coffee temperature and strength, to make it taste perfectly with ice. If I had to use one coffee maker for the rest of my life, I would definitely use this one! There is nothing to improve, it is perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Vertuo Up and the drawer to empty the used pods became almost immediately jammed. It has been unbelievably frustrating to try to troubleshoot and we have been able to find zero helpful resources to solve the issue. For this being the top of the line model and most expensive Vertuo machine, I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I would never recommend this product to anyone based on this experience and how frustrating it has been to try to fix this!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once you get acquainted with the machine it is great! I went from an original Latissima to vertuo up so quite a few changes! However my Starbucks coffee tastes even better ! Also a beautiful enhancement to the kitchen counter!

The look and the choice of where the water tank goes is amazing idea, but and this is a big but the coffee pod container accumulates water and if you don’t empty this regularly you get water on your counter. I ended up cutting a zip lock bag to fit to hold the water so no water gets on my counter.
