A: I have been to the kitchen aide store in Greenville ,Ohio ,I bought my pro mixer there over 19 years ago and it was a refurbished mixer , there’s no difference in them as I was told ,only the box has been changed and my mixer worked like a charm first time and is still working great

Best kitchenaid mixer ! I love it. I use it with attachements that grate cauliflower, ground meat, slice veggies, and shave ice! There's even an attachment that makes ice cream! You will never regret having one. I still have one that works great from 1988!! This company backs its' product and so dead target.

DO NOT BUY.
If I could give this zero stars, I would. I got this as a gift, and have had to exchange it twice already. 3 machines and not a single one worked. Each ran perfectly fine UNTIL I added ingredients. I mixed butter and it worked for about FIFTEEN SECONDS before it completely shut off and no longer works (I’ll attach a video, had a feeling the 3rd machine would do it so I recorded. Just forgot to show it wouldn’t turn back on). Ridiculous to keep happening for the price. I ended up researching it after the 2nd one, this is a common issue but wanted to give it another chance. DONT BUY IT. RUN.

Delivery was quick, packaging intact. The only problem I had was the delivery driver didn’t take into consideration that moving it over by like 1 foot would’ve have hid the package (it was the actual box that the mixer comes in) instead dropped it where anyone passing could see what it was and grab it before we could have any chance of opening the door to retrieve.

HUGE QUALITY ISSUE! Not happy at all!
If I could give ZERO stars I would. On the first use it quit working/mixing before my batter was mixed. I verified it wasn’t the electrical socket or any other cause. I returned it and got a second one that did the exact same thing! What a disappointment, I thought KitchenAid was a trusted quality product but I’m finding others are reporting the same complaint. To clarify this is not a Target issue, and I’m going to contact KitchenAid as well.

such potential
made almost one batch of cookies before it died. if it worked it would have been awesome. my last kitchenaid mixes lasted 37 years. I 'm very disappointed. A very expensive item. I have been reading reviews on this product and it seems to be having this problem often. I wanted to plug in the mixer before buying g to make sure it worked but was told I had to buy it first. Then I was told I could plug it in at Starbucks to see if it worked, however if it didn't, I had to wait until the next day to exchange or return. Incredibly annoying and frustrating, however that was a Target issue not a Kitchenaid problem. so here it is the next day and I ll be driv8ng another 45 minutes each way to exchange it for another. It may be that I'm not making g Christmas cookies this year. I hear Kitchenaid is very good in helping customers having this issue. However that's not going to help me now.

I bought this item and the 1st one was boxed upside down and the other 2 quit working after 2 uses. Kitchenaid is aware there is an issue (I called) but they keep allowing them to be sold.
