“Refurbished” I don’t think so.. KitchenAid sent me a blender that doesn’t work, now I have to take the time to return it. Feeling annoyed.

Will it ever be delivered?
Ordered the kitchen aide, was given a delivery date and it’s almost two weeks and it has yet to arrive and the delivery date keeps moving. I can’t get a refund because it’s still being shipped but has yet to arrive and stopped getting updates now just says “delayed” If I knew this would be the case I would have not purchased it

Trust products refurbished by Kitchen Aid
This refurbished mixer looked brand new when I received it. I have used it several times now and can report it works perfectly. I am always a little uneasy about purchasing refurbished products. I trusted the information that Kitchen Aid does their own work. So I trusted their reputation of quality rebuilt products. I made a good decision and saved some money in the process.

Bought this as a Christmas gift last month so only used it once since opening it. Refurbished and a 2 year warranty put this in a price range I could afford. Absolutely love hiw easy it makes mixing and prep so quick snd simple. And so quiet! My daughter can’t wait to try the pasta attachment!

Disappointed
I purchased this refurb in August but didn't have the opportunity to use it until a month ago. I previously owned the same model a number of years ago but sold it (sadly on retrospect) and loved it. My one concern with this unit is that the stand to head unit has a side to side wobble that requires me to hold down pressure on the head while using. I'm pretty disappointed but seeing as it was purchased as a refurbished unit from Kitchenaid 4 months ago, I assumed that there would be no warranty and did not follow up. My bad. Hopefully this gets read.

Worth the Wait

I was afraid we wouldn’t use this much and at first I was right. Then at Thanksgiving and Christmas it was a godsend. It has been exactly what we expected and is very easy to use. With the money saved by buying refurbished I won’t hesitate to buy accessories as we explore this machine's capabilities. Very happy with purchase.

Instrumental in our kitchen
My husband bought this for my birthday after years of wishing for one. The refurbished one works well and has given me no issues even when using the mixer frequently. It looks so pretty and does the job well! We are even considering getting the attachments since it has become an instrumental piece of equipment in our kitchen.
