Does Not Last Long
I bought this even though my original Keurig Elite from 2016 was still working just fine. I wanted something sleeker and updated looking. BIG MISTAKE. This lasted a year. Just stopped working one morning for absolutely no reason. I stupidly got rid of my perfectly fine original Keurig. I was so upset I am now with another brand for single serve coffee. It does everything my Keurig did for much less.

Bad product
My husband bought it as a Christmas gift and it stopped working back in February we were not able to exchange or return because he didn’t have the receipt and he didn’t type in my circle account number to purchase it.

Horrrible experience!!
Product arrived disgustingly dirty and did not even turn on. I wasted three pods trying to get it on. If I can rate 0 starts I would. Target, are you okayyy??!! Highly disappointed

Consistently Horrible
My friend bought one of these a couple months ago, and it broke after a month even with very infrequent usage (about 2-3 cups per week). Fortunately, we were able to exchange it for a new unit. Guess what. Broke before not even 5 cups of coffee were brewed in less than a month. Absolutely horrendous product.

was great! and then it stopped working after 6 months. still, it did pay for itself within the first month so it's definitely worth buying again for my household. i just have to make sure to get the insurance with it. design is nice, doesn't take up much space on my counter. water capacity is okay. super easy to use.

Overpriced Paperweight
Bought this in early December of 2025. Today the motor burns out and of course I’m 2 weeks out of the return window. Keurig should be ashamed of themselves for selling such shoddy products. I have had several Keurigs over the years, but this is the last I will ever buy from them. Please save your money and stay far away from this overpriced paperweight.

Dont buy
Sad the older version of this lasted a little over a year and was great but it stopped working so I bought this one December of 25 and today I went to make my usual coffee and got nothing lights came on but when I put pod in and pushed the buttons to make the coffee nothing came out. Very disappointed. Do not recommend and now I have to figure out a different one to get because I will not get this one ever again.

Listen to the negative reviews — I bought my machine in fall 2025 and it stopped working. My husband thinks it shorted out because it was hot on the top. Worked well the first 2 months and then during the winter it wouldn’t pour coffee. The liquid would get stuck on the pod and the coffee grounds got everywhere. When I first purchased this machine I was hoping all the negative reviews wouldn’t happen to me, but it did.
