    Only Lasted a Few Months

    I bought this in August of 2025 and was so excited! My husband prefers hot coffee and I am an iced girl, so it seemed perfect. By November, it stopped working though, with gentle in-home use. Everything appears to be fine, but when I press the buttons (I’ve tried them all at this point), it only brews about 2 ounces at a time. Like others, I had another Keurig that lasted YEARS (and is still going strong), so I am very disappointed that this one only lasted a few months.

    Only lasted 9 months...beware of warranty

    We have been using this for only 9 months and this morning the motor burned out. Our first Keurig lasted over 15 years so we thought we would try it again but after this we won’t be purchasing Keurig brand anymore. Beware - if you like to save money by using refillable pods then it voids the warranty. It’s disappointing that companies put this limitation on their products because the K-cups are made of plastics which are unhealthy. So not only do you spend more money buying their pods but it is also bad for your health!

    I love my new Keurig!

    It's definitely an upgrade from a regular Keurig. It's very easy to switch from hot to cold. I love that it indicates how cold it is when I make iced coffee. It also self rinses afterwards, which is nice. Additionally, I really like how much water can fit in the machine. I don't have to refill it very often.

    Not great

    The iced coffee part can't be used with reusable pods. I use espresso ground coffee and if I used the strong button, and sometimes when I didn't, it would only make 4 ounces regardless of the cup size I chose. This machine also uses a kcup style I have never seen before so if you use reusable pods make sure you have the right kind with 5 holes.

    Wow, what a difference!

    Let me start by saying we have only been using this K-Brew & Chill for about 2 weeks. We replaced our K-Supreme plus, which we had problems with from day one & made horrible coffee. Compared to that machine, the brew & chill is awesome! The coffee, hot or cold, tastes so much better. We didn’t realize how bad the coffee tasted with the old machine until now. The coffee does not splatter all over the counter. The cold coffee comes out cold enough to drink without adding ice. Prior to purchasing this maker I did have a few concerns, one: the maker running like a refrigerator to keep the cold component cold & two: the amount of liquid in the drip tray from the rinse cycle. What we have learned is that the fan that runs to keep the component cold is not hardly noticeable, so the noise is not a problem. Whether it will make a difference to our electric bill is yet to be seen. The drip tray will hold enough liquid for about 2 rinse cycles. It seems to only automatically run a rinse cycle after a cold brew is completed. You also need to wait to remove the used k cup until after the rinse cycle has completed. So I just have gotten into the habit of emptying & rinsing the tray after every cold brew. Not a big deal. We love this machine so far but only gave it 4 stars due to only having it for 2 weeks & not knowing if our electric bill will go up.

    Stopped working after a month

    Initially I loved this machine, the chilled feature was great and I loved that I could do a manual rinse with the machine to ensure it didn't get clogged after using the pods. It gets a 1 star because after only a month of use it stopped working.

    Be aware of fan

    Makes good iced drinks, but I’m not sure it’s worth it. I didn’t realize the cooling fan on the system runs 24/7. I had a regular machine that made over ice brew, and while that would water the drinks down, it wasn’t always running. Seems like there must be a better way. I wouldn’t buy again.

    I love the versatility

    I love how easy it is, but I've come to expect that from Keurig. I really love the versatility of beverages. The hot is really hot, but the cold is really cold and I didn't know what to expect from that.

    Replacement of one that was only a year old

    Great machine so far. It's replacing another that died after a year, so we will see if this one has a better life cycle. If not, I'll have to rethink my use of Keurig.
