Q: Water is not coming out. It sounds like it’s going through the process but no water is coning through. We have tried descaling but it’s not pulling the solution out.

Q: How do I store my Keurig coffee maker when not being used?

Q: Should this one have come with a filter like the other Keurigs I’ve had?
A: The K-Brew+Chill coffee maker is compatible with the Keurig Tall Handle Water Filter Starter Kit, however, it is sold separately. This is an optional accessory and not required in order to use the coffee maker. We hope this helps Jill!
