Disappointment
My last Keurig lasted 12 years without issue. This Crema lasted 30 days before the pressure feature stopped working and classic brew just dribbles. I’ve tried all the recommended troubleshooting and managed to get it to brew one double shot espresso before the same issues returned, so I’m returning.

Not very hot coffee or best quality
Nothing too special and no crema the way Nespresso makes it. Keurig is not there yet. My big issue is coffee isn’t that hot once you add a little of creamer after. That’s a big let down since I love my coffee very hot even if I had cold half/half . This one is too overpriced for what it does. I don’t have that issue w Cuisinart and Nespresso. Since there is so much plastic from k cups and to bad quality of k-cups, I highly recommend Custom Grind & Brew Single-Cup Coffee Maker DGB-30 that grinds and brews your own cup of fresh coffee. One of my fav and replaces the use k cups and plastic. Besides, Nespresso is over them but cups are more expensive. I know, I won’t be using this one as much.

This is a phenomenal coffee maker! If you love the traditional Keurig, but want something that will elevate your morning coffee give the K-Crema a try. I also love the handle on the water resivour, makes it so much easier to refil than our previous coffee pot.

It does produce such a nice little foam up top making it feel more like a coffee house crafted coffee. Same pods which is great and easy and its not massively large , looks nice and sleek where its placed as well. Super easy to use and figure out as well , always love the convenience and so many options of the keurig I definitely think this is worth it .

It took forever to make the coffee., the coffee splashed everywhere when it was brewing, and there wasn’t a cream top to the coffee like advertised.
