Fellow Aiden Precision Coffee Maker Matte Black

I very much like the brew of this machine. It is not a five star produce because of its carafe. While they could easily have created an insulated carafe that does not lose heat, they have not. Coffee just does not stay warm long enough.

Getting used to it but it makes a very good cup of coffee . Only wish itcwoujs stat Warner in carafe .

I would say over all the coffee maker is one of the better ones that I’ve tried, if I’m only using taste as a metric. There’s some great technological advantages for the other coffee makers. It’s not all perfect and sunshine, but that’s OK. I own multiple fellow products and this, by far has the cheapest feeling material. It does not seem on brand. It’s fairly clear to see that their app has not been developed very well. There should be a brew now function. The coffee maker filter and function all works very well. I would recommend it as a coffee maker, but not as a “fellow” product… if that makes any sense at all. The materials are just too cheap for them to feel like a fellow product. If you’re looking to get the same quality as the other items that they produce, you will not find it here. I really wish I would’ve known this before I purchased it and I would say I’m slightly unsatisfied.

I really, really like this coffee maker!! Truth be told I waited for Black Friday to come around hoping that Fellow would include it in this year's sale. It arrived in 4 days and I've used it every day since to make single brews and small/large batch brews; so far just with the Guided Brew feature for medium and dark roasts. Today I even cleaned the shower head just to see how that worked (easy peasy). Fellow support was responsive and helpful with questions about grind settings for my Ode Grinder with the original burrs. While I'm still dialing in the grind settings the results compared to my old coffee maker are better tasting and much more consistent. I'm excited for my first Fellow Drop to really experience the profile brew feature. The build quality is amazing and the sensing of which basket is in the pot is a nice touch. I saw comments on the length of time the coffee stays hot in the pot but I decided that didn't like burnt tasting coffee and that was another reason I purchased the Aiden.

Makes great coffee! I love the ease of use and the simple style. My only complaint is the thermal carafe does not keep the coffee warm long enough. Maybe 30 minutes… this needs significant improvement.

So far we are loving this coffee maker! We are still learning all the ins and outs, but it has been fun to see all the functions it has. I love that I can make a single cup or a full pot.

Basket brew is pretty solid. I haven’t been able to get single cup brew dialed in to pour over quality. The carafe needs to be updated - it’s not great quality and doesn’t keep a pot of coffee warm / hot for long. Appreciate that there is no pot for the reasons Fellow sites; however, a high quality insulated / sealed carafe is needed to compensate. Overall I’m happy / content - wasn’t wowed.

This is the first coffee maker I have purchased in many years and it is probably the only coffee maker I will ever use again because it is great!

We really enjoy the flavor of the coffee, the way it's easy to maintain and keeps heat, and the aesthetics.

I enjoy brewing pourovers and experimenting with my Hario Switch. We bought Fellow's Aiden for my husband to brew his 5 a.m. cup and were immediately blown away by the tasty cup we get from Aiden. I have explored the brew profiles and found some amazing recipes for our specialty beans. Aiden has taken center stage in our home and every coffee has been a treat. With a housefull for the holidays, I can easily batch brew and keep the coffee mugs full. Easy to use, pretty on our countertop and delicious coffee!

The Aiden is easy to use and offers a wide range of options for how many cups, which is a welcome change to a drip machine. While I do appreciate that there’s no heater to burn the coffee, in this cold weather I am finding the need to pre heat the carafe to avoid the coffee cooling quickly. Love the color and ease of use!

I love this coffee maker - beats my pour overs, especially with lighter roasts. Initially hesitant to purchase as I tend to make Americanos from my espresso machine for the morning commutes but missed batch brews on weekends. I watched some reviews and rolled the dice and bought a white one. Love it! Small drawbacks include: ya gotta pay attention to how much water is in the reservoir, but ya kind of have to do that anyway with other drip machines, right? Oh and you will not be warned to put a vessel under the drip - so don't forget to use your brain. There is a need to improve the back function on the control knob - maybe make a double click or something, kind of funky but I see no reason a software update can't fix this. Other than that - what matters most is this machine makes great cups and batches of coffee. Temperature control and measurement recommendations will help even a novice brew their best cups. You cannot control temps with pour overs like this thing does. I love the scheduler and flexibility with the app with brewing recipes - early online reviews mention the app doesn't work - it works now. You'll also love that the carafe doesn't drip - kudos to whomever designed that. One more thing - the design of the drip baskets is excellent, the way it snaps in and doesn't leak everywhere when you pull a spent basket is a blessing, and this think is quiet too. Well done.

Super sleek and beautiful. Coffee comes out very easy. Easy to clean. Excited to see what we can do with it. Taste is awesome

We got the Aiden after years of Fellow pour over being the only way to have great coffee and with the machine it’s so much faster and tastes great. I love the guided brew process, all of the options for single cup, cold brew, etc and the design is perfect for my kitchen. We couldn’t be happier.

I have had my fellow Aiden and opus grinder for two weeks now, and I would choose to buy them again 10x over! The quality of brewing is unmatched, and the design of the machine is so excellent. I especially love the guided brew set up, which takes a lot of the guesswork out of brewing a cup of coffee. Also, it looks amazing on the counter!! I will be recommending to all my family and friends!

The Aiden works well and we love the guided brew. We love that it can make a single cup or a full cup. Everyone has been complimenting the coffee that comes out of it. The only problem is the plastic build feels a little cheap, but once it is on the counter, you barely notice.
