Wonderful product, worth the $$
Love this coffee maker, light roasts in particular come alive with the accurate temperature and bloom and pulse cycles.

Phenomenal Coffee Guaranteed
If you've ever wanted barista-quality coffee, complete with a proper bloom, stable temperature, and efficient extraction without the learning curve of a pour-over setup, the Fellow Aiden may be the machine you've been waiting for. It combines the art of hand-brewing with the convenience of automation, delivering pour-over quality results without requiring any specialized skill. The results are nothing less than remarkable—nuanced, fully-extracted, and most importantly, delicious. The Aiden is as easy to use as it is beautiful. Whether you want a quick single cup or a full batch, the machine tells you exactly how much coffee to add and knows just how much water to pull from the tank — no measuring, no math. More advanced users can create custom brew profiles or use preloaded Fellow Drop custom brews. Like all machines, the Aiden isn't perfect. The machine doesn't quite feel as premium as Fellow's other products — not cheap exactly, but like most reviewers, I recognize that the build quality feels much cheaper than its price point. However, I have not found problems with the app though these have been reported. Ultimately, this is a phenomenal machine that brings a master barista into your home.

Worth every penny!
We have been using our Aiden for about a month and are extremely pleased with the machine. We had standard drip machine and this is a HUGE improvement! We love dark coffee and now get consistently smooth and strong cups of coffee. I appreciate the ease of using either the app or the machine to set schedules for brewing. I had a small issue with connecting to the app, and just needed to temporarily get my Wifi into 2.4GHz mode.

Decent but overrated
I bought this about a month ago, and overall I've been a bit disappointed in this coffeemaker, especially at this price point. The coffee is good but not amazing. The digital interface is a little bit janky and odd (e.g., the text/words often don't fit within the circle itself), and I absolutely hate the design of the water container––the handle is permanently attached to the inside and makes it impossible to fully clean it! My favorite thing about it is that it has coffee ready for me at exactly the time that I want.

Great Coffee, but lets be honest about the carafe...
It's been about a month with the Fellow Aiden. Overall, great coffee. I echo a lot of folks sentiment regarding the handle on the carafe - simply not great, and just waiting for the handle to break. Please upgrade this and make available to customers.

Really great hands free pour over machine!
I bought this a couple weeks ago and it brews coffee just about like a pour over taste! I love all the brewing controls that it has, and how adjustable the temperatures are.

Coffee Not Hot!
Despite warming the carafe and my cup, the coffee it brewed was only warm. Coffee should be served hot. Very disappointing.

Amazing
Wow, from the physical design to the user interface to the quality of coffee it makes-just wow. I hesitated because of the price but after seeing and using the machine I am impressed and glad I made the splurge. My coffee tastes like a pour over without any of the effort!

The App allows ease and convenience, while dialing in exact specs regarding water ratios for all roast profiles. The clean design and stylish color, outfit our kitchen perfectly. I would highly recommend this machine to any coffee enthusiast, just starting out or expert level barista, looking for a quality product.

Sorry to have waited so long to get this!
Very pleased with this upgrade and a bit sorry I waited until my prior coffeemaker quit working. Very well constructed and a great cup of coffee quickly prepared and easy to clean up after each morning.

Easy use
I switched over from another espresso all-in one maker and love my Fellow Aiden coffee maker and grinder. I was able to dial in to the best coffee ground and roast quickly. Perfect for a one person home too.

Great machine except for temp problems
I am new into coffee making. Gave up my Keurig and am enjoying the Fellow Aiden. I love having all the controls. I am learning the right combinations and it is fun. Beats a pour-over. The real and serious cons on this machine involve temperature. When I measure temperature of a new brew it is 20*C degrees lower than the setting. The carafe is absolutely worthless. It only keeps coffee hot for minutes not hours. Thankfully my china came with one of those vacuum thermos bottles. I immediately pour my brew into that. Felloiw has known about this defect for years and won't fix it.

Solid Performance
Have been using this for only a few days, but pleased with the brewing capacity and nature of brew. Controls are easy to use and small footprint is a positive attribute.

From the casual coffee drinker to the at home barista, this coffee maker will appeal to almost anyone willing to spend a little extra money on a high-quality product. Don’t be overwhelmed by all of the custom features because it also has a one-touch quick brew feature that makes it easy to use if you're in a hurry or like things to be simple. I mainly used the guided brew feature, with the same coffee that I've used for years in other machines, and I'm amazed at the flavors that this machine is able to bring out of my coffee. For those that want to control every aspect of the brewing process, you can set the brew temp, bloom time, water pulses, and other features to get the most flavor out of your favorite beans. You can even save your settings to various profiles.

Tasted Great when it worked twice.
The first 2 pots of coffee were great! Unfortunately, when I tried to make the third pot I received “close lid” error despite the lid being closed. Not a great start for a machine I was very excited about. Hopefully, Fellow will rectify this issue for me quickly.

A great product that is hampered by undesireable materials.
Overall I am happy with the function of the product but, with the cost, I thought there would be far less plastic involved in this piece. Maybe I didn't research it properly but I was surprised with just how much was plastic. I think the only part that is metal is the carafe.

Still in love
We've had this for a couple of weeks now. Even though I took the time to actually read the directions, it is actually very intuitive to figure out how it works. My first requirement was something that I can set to brew before I wake up, so my coffee is already waiting for me, and this does that. And its very easy to adjust the time if my schedule changes, or set up just a one off. Its also gorgeous. My younger child joked that it looks like it belongs in a luxury high end modern home, but I find it still fits in very well to our more traditional kitchen. Its compact without being small, easy to clean, and others have noted it doesn't keep coffee warm for like, ten hours, but that isn't an issue for us because we drink it all in the morning anyway. I like that it is hot but not scalding so I can drink it right away, I don't have to wait for it to cool down. One important note is that a "cup" for the machine is only 5 oz, so to fill a mug you really want to consider that 2 cups when you program it. We keep our coffee grinder and scale right next to it so I can always measure out the right amount of grinds per the machine's instructions.
