Awful delivery!
The package arrived with the box ripped & liquid in the bag from the softener. Unacceptable! This should not have been delivered. Now I have to put this mess in my car to return to the store!

of course Downy is always a win however I didn't like that I wasn't getting the original Downy quality with this one I appreciate that it has less ingredients that are harsh however it just wasn't the same Downy softener quality
