Unusable Product from in-store
Purchased in-store and when I went to use it, it was thick and chunky. It barely poured from the spout. I live a significant distance from a Target and I have not found a way to get a refund without taking the product all the way back to the store. I will just throw it away and lose $14. Waste of money!

Love the smell of Calm Downy. It lingers lightly.
Very disappointed to see that Fred Meyer/Kroger i no carrying it. I love it so much and don't want to use any other. I love the lavender with vanilla scent that is not overwhelming but a sweet and gentle scent that lingers in just the right amount and length of time. Don't stop making it please!! It is the only one I use!
