Obsessed. My husband is our coffee connoisseur. And I am impatient and love a cup that’s ready when I wake up. This machine is perfect for everyday use, makes delicious coffee that meets his standards. I put it on an outlet timer and can easily adjust the settings to have it perfectly brewed and ready when I wake up. Simple design so it looks great on our countertop! I looked high and low for the perfect machine and I’m so thrilled that I found it for this price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a unique and innovative coffee maker. I haven't seen an automatic pour over coffee maker before so I was excited to try this. It makes a very bold and rich cup of coffee. It has some good safety feature I like such as automatic shut off. It boils really quickly too, about half the time of my traditional coffeemaker. I use it for making both hot and cold coffee and it works perfect for both.

I love having this pour over coffee maker at home. My coffee tastes great with this new machine. I love how easy it is to setup and clean.

The coffee tastes way smoother and richer compared to my regular drip machine and I like that I can control how strong it comes out. It does take a few extra minutes but it feels kind of therapeutic in the morning, like my own little routine before the chaos starts. It’s also super easy to clean which I appreciate because I don’t have time for complicated. If you actually care about how your coffee tastes and don’t mind putting in a tiny bit of effort, this is so worth it.

This is my 1st time trying something like this. It is such a good concept and works well and the coffee tastes great!

Heats up really quick, brew time is comparable to Keurig. wish there were less plastic parts. the presentation is amazing and looks clean and very nice. I would run a clean water cycle a few times before brewing. there was a slight chemical tast in the first pot we made.

I wanted to love this coffee maker so much my partner and I excruciatingly went over multiple options before purchasing. This was one I was so excited to use, and after we brewed our coffee, we came back for a second pour in our cup and the liquid that came out of the glass carafe was no longer warm or hot, even though it had been sitting on the hot plate and the switch was still turned on. I’m deeply disappointed that I have to return this item as it is very aesthetically pleasing. My second issue with this coffee maker is the fact that Willow calls this machine white and you can see in one of the photos that the tea kettle is white and this is an off-white or cream colored white. It is not a pure white device. Even it’s power cord is more white then the device itself. I took two stars off for it not staying hot on the plate. And one for the color misrepresentation

Such a great machine. Brews quick (but not too quick ;) ), quiet, and tastes delicious.

Update: I have received a replacement for my coffee maker. I love this pour-over maker- the look, the ease of use, the efficiency of the coffee making process and the delicious end result. I don’t know how this product works, the packaging was so poor that both orders had broken carafes. There are no Willow coffee makers that I can pick up locally and I refuse to order another one.
