The pink container formula was fantastic. The new green container formula is awful. It leaves an awful greasy film on your face & is hard to get off even with a double cleanse. Why mess with a good product that worked??

I received this balm as part of a Christmas goody basket and was excited to try it. I have been using it for about a week and though it worked well it made my eyes feel so irritated, red and uncomfortable. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with my eyes. Obviously you're not supposed to get any product in your eyes (duh) but I figured a cleansing balm that claims to remove waterproof makeup you could use on your mascara. No where does it say not to use on eye makeup. Most cleansing balms are fine and take off makeup gently without irritating your eyes. I finally looked at the ingredients since it's the only thing that has changed in my routine and it contains both eucalyptus oil and clove oil! Who in their right minds would use this anywhere near their eyes? So disappointed threw it in the garbage!

I wanted to like it but it leaves a kind of film that my mild cleanser doesn't remove well. I have to use a stronger cleanser to wash this off. It also doesn't help remove the eye makeup well. The scent is not as subtle but it's nice. At first I thought the eucalyptus scent might irritate my eyes because the smell is pretty noticeable, but it didn't. Overall, I wouldn't buy it again.

Totally not for me.
Not particularly acne prone after adolescence and this IMMEDIATELY made me breakout all around my eye area. Would never use again. Going back to cerave, farmacy or Clinique- none of which have ever made me breakout. It did take off my eye makeup well but YIKES. Gave it a break and let my skin clear up the tried it again the following week and did the same thing

The best moisturiser on the market
I absolutely adore this moisturiser. The second it touches my skin it feels like thick water just hydrating all over. The consistency is lovely, it's thick but not super thick and it dries in nicely. It's also lovely underneath makeup. I can't live without it. My only complaint is that I wish it came in a bigger size! Please make a jumbo version!! I would buy 10 of them.

This product takes all my makeup off my face. It smells fresh and it works well. I do need to double cleanse when I use this. But I started with the smaller size and I liked it so much. I purchased the regular size.
