Beware of new formula!!!
When this was in the blue bottle I used it for years with no issues. I thought I was going crazy when I developed awful eczema around my eyes. Finally figured out the only thing that had changed was this bottle. I switched soaps and it cleated up instantly. I don’t know what they changed in this product but seems I’m not the only one who developed a rash from this!

This daily gel cleanser is perfect for me sensitive, mature skin—a great addition to Versed's products. One star removed because it doesn't quite foam up as much as other cleansers, but it does a great job, has no distracting scent, and as I said—it's very gentle on your skin.

Good cleanser that is not harsh on skin, but I would recommend their previous Wash It Out Gel Face Cleanser over this one, I was sad it stopped selling during the new look rebrand. I think the smell could be better, kind of unpleasant. Otherwise works well.

What happened???
I used to use this product when it came in the square blue bottle and ever since they changed I've been having the worst rash around my eyes. I originally chose this product because it was the only one I could find that didn't irritate my skin and now ever since they changed it I cannot use it and I'm so disappointed. This was my favorite face wash and it was such a good deal and this company used to be so good and I'm wondering if they sold out. A very disappointed in the company and very disappointed in this product. I would also like to say that the last product did a very good job of removing all of the makeup and this version does not remove all of my mascara and I'm very disappointed in that as well. I will not be buying this again and I will never be using it again and I will probably stop using everything from this company unless they say they will change back to how they used to be.

Thoughts....
I like this cleanser as I was looking for a gel type cleanser that removes makeup. I have oily skin and wear a full face. I remove my eye makeup and then cleanse with no pre cleansing balm (extra unnecessary step, imo). This does that job and I had no breakouts indicating my skin wasn’t clean. However, the smell isn’t awful but it’s not pleasant. I was using Kiehls (which is amazing) but I want cruelty free. I’ll buy it again if I don’t find another cruelty free option in the meantime but I’m still looking.

This is the best gel face wash I’ve tried since my fav got discontinued (the Tarte rainforest cleansing gel). This leaves my skin clean but not tight or red. I have rosacea and sensitive skin and this is amazing for my second cleanse.

This is by far my favorite cleanser to date. Other cleansers I've used have left my face feeling dry and tight, however this cleanser does the job while moisturizing. 10/10!
