A: Hi Ev, They do NOT work on blackheads but rather pimples that have pus in them. They will absorb out the pus and leave your pimples in a much better place.

Since younger skin is usually more sensitive, we recommend to try leaving the patch on the pimple for only 4-6 hours at first, for children younger than 18 as a patch test. And to not use more than once or twice in the same area. If they have any sensitivity, then they should stop use and consult their doctor.

A: It could be the pimple did not have enough gunk in it to extract! Be sure to use it on a whitehead! It can also take more than one patch sometimes!

It works!!! Was apprehensive and didn't get the hype but now I get it. It was sticky and did not fall off and blemish was 75% gone/healed over night. If I didn't use the patch, was probably looking at a 3 day healing /recovery situation with the blemish. I'm a fan and will be using this again!

I absolutely love this product. It has become a stable in my nighttime routine, I simply just put them on and wake up in the morning and take them off and pimple free by morning Time, which is insane. That is how well it works. Also, during the day if I am running errands and I have a blemish, I just pop one right over it and walk out the door super simple and easy.

My favorite patches
I am a loyal user of Hero pimple patches they are the best in the market as they are thick enough to absorb the gunk in my pimples and do not fall off easily. I have even gone to the gym with them on and they don't fall off when I sweat! These patches work miracles on my pimples and visibly reduce them within one day.
