Certain mushrooms have a long folk history of curative and nutritional use. I like mushrooms in general. They were probably one of the first foods primitive man ate to survive. I have taken them in moderate amounts for several years and they haven't seemed to make me sick as yet

Seems to work.
I have used this product for over 10 years. I m 79 and never get sick. Most of my friends are starting to bet cancer and auto immune diseases and we eat the same things. My thought after studying about this group of mushrooms is they seem to sensitize the "T" cells to let them spot the bad guys in our system and the white blood cells then can take care of the problem. So far it seems to work as I still ride horse, pitch hay, and stack tons of feed each week. My logic is a n ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Like all herbs they tke time to accumulate in you body so be sure to take them daily for at least two months and then listen to what your body tells you. By the way I don't like the flavor of mushrooms so this was great for me.

i do like them but and definitely will buy them again. I do not know how to tell what effect they are having on my body. I trust that they are boosting my immune system given my knowledge of the mushrooms used in the formulation.I am a healthy, active 76 year old. I do not take any prescription drugs but do take other Swanson supplements and eat a healthy diet.

This is part of a whole regimen of supplements I take regularly to ward off illness as well as a special cocktail of other supplements if I ever catch a cold, which is now seldom (5 garlic oils, 4 grams of C, 3 triple mush, 2 echinacia and a colostrum in a pear tree. etc.). Together with the other supplements, the cold or flu is knocked out in 12 hours max.
