Both formulas feature the same advanced forms of B-Vitamins, including benfotiamine (thiamin/vitamin B1), pyridoxal 5-phosphate (P5P/vitamin B6), methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12), patented Pantesin(R) (pantethine) and 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (folate). It works

My favorite B complex
My fav B complex-I’ve not found a better source for several activated B vitamins in one capsule and have been taking it for years. I don’t burp up nasty tastes or excrete bright yellow urine for hours. Hope that Swanson keeps manufacturing it!

Viamin B complex
This is a good formulation because have methylated folate and vitamin B12 in the formula. The other vitamin B complex that are not methylated does not works well.

No Assembly Required
These are ACTIVE forms the body uses for a wide variety of processes. Very important to get these forms of B vitamins vs. cheaper B complexes which could be a waste of money. I know a bit about roles of B vitamins, read a lot of labels, and chose this one.

Great formula made better.
It's the best B complex I have ever found. It could be improved by adding 5 mgs of pure niacin for circulation and 30 mgs of niacinamide. I've read that inositol hexanicotinate is worthless. Also increase Biotin to 100 mcgs.

It's good as it's activated and absorbed by the body as it contains Folate & P - 5 -P as B6 ; the other version of B -complex many people can't absorb; So, it's a great product and would definitely recommend it....However I noticed the shipping has greatly increased for UK;
