Not for me. Caused the opposite of its purpose. A bit short of breath and a bit of nausea with anxiety. Stopped taking after about a week when I realized it started happening with these pills.

Avoid if tsking stimulants
If Rx a stimulant, I would not recommend consuming this product. I tried taking this in the evening, 15 hours after taking my morning medication, and was awake all night long. This happened three different times. I checked reviewed on Amazon, Target and the brands website and was surprised to not find any other reviews discussing similar issues.

Works wonders
I highly recommend this product if you have a hard time getting some sleep. I bought this for my son and I decide it to give it a try. We both love it so much that we are on our third bottle. The first day I took it I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. I usually would wake up a few times through the night and it would be hard to go back to sleep. And it’s a plus that it has magnesium because it helps with my digestive issues. The pills are big but they are easy to swallow and don’t make me nauseous like other supplements. I price match to get a better price as $15 can be a little high and end up paying $11-$12.

The Ingredients took the cake
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed is that it made me hungrier at times I normally wouldn’t be. Let me preface my next realization with the fact that I only drink water and lots of it, however this product made me urinate more than I normally do. The pills are also kinda big so if you have a problem swallowing pills then you’re probably not going to like this. Luckily they didn’t have a bad taste to them at all. I enjoyed that they didn’t make my stomach hurt nor feel weird like some vitamins tend to do. The ingredients were great in comparison to another brand of magnesium that I previously took so that really made me happy! The addition of Ashwagandha stepped it up a notch for me. I feel like this product helped clean my body on the inside. I’m glad I opted for this product because it’s something I already liked talking but now have found a better option.

The Best Supplement
This is the best supplement that has come into my life! I take one pill 30 minutes before bed at night (the pill is rather large but doable) and have been sleeping through the night. Before this supplement, I would wake up at 2AM then 3AM and then 4AM (I get up at 5AM). I love getting my sleep back and feeling refreshed each morning! With this supplement you get both Magnesium and ashwagandha at the same time. No need to have multiple bottles of supplements on my night stand.

We should all take this supplement with Ashawandha and Magnesium because it has many benefits for a healthy body. I had already been recommended to take Ashawandha and I couldn't be happier for having done so because I have been able to sleep better at night so my body feels more rested and energized during the day. It has no flavor but the capsules are a bit big, I recommend breaking it in half before swallowing. The packaging is of good quality and I like that it is glass because I feel more confident that it stays fresh and without moisture. The price is great, I recommend it.

Seems Good So Far

Sturdy packaging and the pills are much larger than what I had been taking. I had been taking it every other day but will jack it up to everyday. There’s only. A once month supply on each bottle but seems like a good value for the money.
