A: Great question! We recommend taking the Digestive Enzyme capsules as directed on the bottle. This helps make sure the enzymes get to your stomach properly so they can do their job. If you open the capsule and mix the powder into juice, things like moisture, acidity, and temperature could start breaking down the enzymes before you even take them. That might make them less effective.
